This team is amazing. Best two nights of basketball ever with last night's win over Golden State and taking down the reigning champs tonight.

#Grizzlies win after third overtime, 117-116. Z-bo w/ 21 points and 21 boards. #NBABallot #GrizzAllStar

Might be ugly, but it's a good kinda ugly in a lot of ways. Gotta love the swarming defenses.... although hitting just some of the open shots they do get might be nice.

I don't typically go out for #tbt but Timehop reminded me that 4 years ago today I purchased my S2000.

At the time I was fresh out of school and really thought that the S2k was the way to unlock a path to happiness. I thought that the only way I'd sell it would be as a trade on an NSX or Cayman.

Funny how the big picture unravels as you age and realize that the future is completely uncertain and the things you previously held dear hold no sway anymore.

I see a lot of change in myself when I look back over the past four years. In four more I'll be 30; I wonder what changes I'll be contemplating then.

+Cool Cadillac Cat I see all kinds of ages in this program, but if you have a business degree, that's already a good basis for a career. I keep trying to get my brother to go back for one before he turns around and finds himself in his 30s, not really doing what he'd like to with his life.

I think I'd go MG blue with it. It's good to see these are pretty cheap - I think it'll be my first restoration once I have time/space/money.

So I'm watching this on Jalopnik: http://jalopnik.com/5934167/this-epic-lap-is-why-people-watch-nascar

And all I can think is that it's entertaining b/c these aren't great road racers. Following your line and not the car in front of you is one of the first things preached at track days. This felt like watching the lower end of Pirelli WC.

I don't know much about NASCAR but does the circuit really go over the curbs or are they that hot through the turns?

I wasn't able to be there when the inspection took place but the report I got back was phenomenal; lots of quality pictures, clear descriptions of problems, etc. Will use again for the next house!

Went for dinner. Service was a bit slow and all the waitstaff seemed indifferent. We ordered bread and three "small" plates as we weren't very hungry and only splitting between 2. Neither of us had ever tasted such bland food. Nothing had any taste. It really seemed like they heated up frozen food from Trader Joe's and plated it nicely. Was really looking forward to this restaurant. Will not go back.

Went to test drive a low mileage Honda S2000. The ad on both Craigslist and their website claimed the car was "Excellent" both inside and out. When I got to the lot, there was nowhere to clear to park so I parked along with the used cars. Went to look at the car and immediately noticed blemishes such as scratches, paint chips and dents on the exterior. The interior was not much better even though the salesman said it had been cleaned when they got it (reportedly a week and a half before I went to look); there was dirt and general signs of neglect on the carpet and seats. Parts of the interior had the paint flaking off. I still decided to drive it and, as is typical, the salesman rode with me. We went on the "typical" route but found a road closed and turned around. When turning back on the main road and began to push the car a bit to make sure the drivetrain was consistent throughout the RPM range. Was instantly asked by the salesman to not drive so vigourosly and adjusted my driving accordingly. I still wanted to get a feel for the mechanical quality of the car and began to go through a few gears (rev-matching downshifts and double clutching upshifts) until we got back to the highway. I did run the tach up a bit when pulling back into the delearship after my extremely limited test drive and instantly depressed clutch and brake to properly slow down. After exiting the car and showing the salesman my issues with the interior and exterior, the guy explained how everything could be buffed out or easily fixed (why these issues weren't addressed in the detailing it apparently had doesn't make sense). I told him I was looking at another one and told him I'd let him know my decision. Upon leaving, another man came out and asked me to roll down my window and told me, "Next time you go on a test drive, have some manners." I was clueless and had to ask several times to explain himself and was only told "You know what I'm talking about." Apparently, he had an issue with me truly testing a sportscar. I was enraged, told him that I would no longer consider the car and as rolling up the window was told "We don't want to sell it to you anyway." Keep your cars, Automax, I've already put a deposit down on a better S2000 anyway.

Rented a house through them for 3 years. Was a very pleasant experience - always courteous and very responsive to get maintenance done quickly.
