Contrary to what ppl are saying negatively about this stick, all I have to say about the Hori Fighting stick mini 3 is nothing but positive. I love this stick. Hori knows how to make big, and they also know how to do 'mini' right as well. I have: Street Fighter 4 Tournament Edition arcade stick, PDP Mortal Kombat (happs) arcade stick, Hori Fighting Edge, and an Omni Arcade Stick (fyi:those who want a stick for Tekken should seriously look into Korean sticks or this Omni), but surprisingly, I find myself using the Mini 3 more and more out of all the sticks I own. I did perform some minor mods to it though. I switched out rhe already quality switches in then for some Cherry Reds, stretched the stick spring for just a tad bit more tension, and made it heavier by adding weight to it. I might alsi note that yiu could possibly swap out the already great stick for a sanwa JLF but you would have to cut a hole in the back cover so the jlf could rotate, and 'lift' thr thing by adding half inch or higher rubber feet. But as to how much this stick cost, and how well its made, you wouldn't have to mess with it not one bit. Oh yeah I took apart a button, and the switches used for the buttons do, indeed, look like the same as the switchws Sanwa uses for their buttons.
