Always a great experience at BMW. Alex Ramos - my salesman went above and beyond when going through my lease and trading in my car. He worked with me on what I needed and everything was done in a timely and professional manner. Thank you! The service department has always been an excellent experience with Will DaSilva. I have been bringing my car here for service for 10 years and Will has always offered exceptional customer service with everything done in a timely and professional manner as well. A+ service from both sales and service. I could not be happier with my experience!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SERVICE CENTER ONLY: The service center folks are courteous and helpful. They will actually go out of their way to make things right. I had a bad mishap with a brand new BMW. The folks were understanding and made every effort to help me feel better. Parts: Parts here cost a lot more. Wish they would bring it in line. Most dealers will price match, they didn't. Sales: Did not purchase a car here.

REVIEW FOR SERVICE: Always fantastic service with BMW of Springfield and recently took my car in for some issues with my tires. I was serviced by William Dasilva and could not have had a better experience! He did a full assessment of my issues and provided me with a detailed description of what I need done to fix my immediate needs, as well as what he recommended I do in addition. No pressure whatsoever. I ended up going with all the fixes, immediate and recommendations, and was setup with a loaner so I was not inconvenienced. Next day, job was taken care of, picked up the car, and drove off a happy customer. I highly recommend William if you need a service advisor that will provide you with a easy, smooth, hassle-free service experience!

Recent purchase of a 2016 BMW X3 We had been looking locally for a new BMW X# and found a dealership that was about 30 minutes from our home. After several weeks of trying to get the “best price” and after putting a deposit down on a X3 we decided to walk away because of the unwillingness of our local dealer to work with us on the total price. The next day I went to my “TrueCar App” and within 24 hours got a response from BMW of Springfield. Art Youman their internet guy provide a deal that was significantly cheaper that the local Dealership. Although Springfield New Jersey was three hours away from our home in upstate New York, we bought the car from Art. After picking the car up we had temporary dealership plates that had a limited life. Through an unfortunate set of circumstances the New York State plates were going to be delayed until after the dealer plates expired making our car “un-driverable”. After a discussion with Sal Gerbino, the GM at Springfield they rented us a car from a local agency to use until the new plates arrived. We felt that in every way BMW of Springfield we out of their way to make us a satisfied customer. We highly recommend their dealership if you are in the market for a BMW Paul Deres

I have been to multiple BMW service centers in the past 10 years. After coming to this center for the first time about 6 years ago I was very pleased by the level of professionalism and service I received by the service department. Specifically Jacob in service is who took care of me the first time and due to his level of expertise and professionalism I have been coming back for the past 6 years. Even though I bought my last vehicle from a different BMW dealership I came back here for all my service needs. I have had the best experience and any type of service that my vehicle needs Jacob takes care of it in a timely manner. I recommend to make an appointment with Jacob for your service because you will receive service that is second to none.

BMW of Springfield Wholesale Parts Dept. is nothing short of spectacular. Always going above and beyond my expectations on sales, service and expertise in BMW parts. The teams knowledge on how/what parts work along with what you are ordering helps save time on reordering at the point of sale. The 2nd delivery run helps greatly too- Most dealers only do 1 run if your lucky. They will always have me as a customer!!!

This is for service and Loaner car side of the dealership. I have owned several BMW's over the years and have for the most part gone to the closest dealer to my home for any issues. My wife and I decided that we are willing to travel about 25 min extra to always come to BMW of Springfield. There are some great people that work at this dealership and always make us feel welcome and take care of the issues right the first time. They are fair and very quick with all repairs. I always ask for Jacob K. to be my advisor. He is always on cue and at times it is like he can read our minds when we try to explain our issues to him. He is very time efficient and takes ownership of our car once it is left for service. Sheryl Kolasinski works in the loaner department always smiling and helping us out. When you drop off your vehicle for service it is a breath of fresh air to deal with someone like her. She always puts a smile on our face and makes us feel good before we leave the facility. I appreciate the people and service level that is provided at this dealership. Thank you very much for your great service we will definitely be back.

An all around excellent car buying experience. After a co-worker recommended me Art Youman, I drove two hours to see what the hype was all about. Art got me into the right car with a great deal. Throughout the whole process, Art was a no nonsense, straightforward, and honest salesperson and never tried upselling or pushing me into anything. Management and staff here are fantastic as they took the time to personally answer all the questions I had about my vehicle. This dealership has to be by far the most transparent and honest dealership I have ever dealt with (this was my sixth car that I purchased and I have been to many dealerships). Prestige, Wide World, Bloomfield, Park Ave, Greenwich, Mamaroneck, Bayside, Ridgefield, and Westchester cannot even come close to this gem of a dealership with an amazing staff like Art. If you go, Art is your man to put you in the right car for a great price!
