THIS REVIEW IS FOR SERVICE CENTER ONLY: The service center folks are courteous and helpful. They will actually go out of their way to make things right. I had a bad mishap with a brand new BMW. The folks were understanding and made every effort to help me feel better. Parts: Parts here cost a lot more. Wish they would bring it in line. Most dealers will price match, they didn't. Sales: Did not purchase a car here.

Brought my X5 to the Dealership Service center just for a diagnosis because the battery had died. It was the second time in a week. They charged me for the Diagnosis $147 an hour. Then took it apon themselfves to put a new battery in and charge me for labor and etc. $700 bucks! Then I called them up and asked them to take out thier battery and charge me just for the diagnosis no return phone call or anything. Then I go down there and the "advisor" isn't there. Very diappointed. FYI I bought my car from them. I would expect that they would show a little more respect towards me.

I recently purchased a 535xi series from the dealership and I must say they were very professional. Everything about this car I love the leather is in mint condition and they had exactly what I wanted which was the deep sea blue with cinnamon brown. When it came down to price they even worked with me to ensure that I left a happy customer. Plus I even got 3 keys. Don't know what I will do with the extra but it doesn't hurt to have. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends

If you had to list all the qualities that you would hope to find, but seldom do, in a BMW car dealership sales person you could take the time to write them down or you could simply work with Jess Garcia at JMK BMW. I bought my dream car largely because of Jess. He was the epitome of the “no pressure” take you time approach. Jess provided answers and guidance for all my questions and kept the final price within my budget by suggestion a few options that he felt were worth the extra dollars and those that were not necessary. Jess also gave me the best deal by far over the 3 or 4 other dealerships I visited. I am moving to Austin from NJ and if I get another BMW I will travel the 1800 miles north to buy it from Jess. Enuf said. Jess gets an 11 on a 10 point grading system. George K.

Best experience I had at a dealer for service in my life. I have called other dealers and been told they will not have an appointment for weeks or months, this place had an appointment the next day and they took me back and forth with a smile. Service was done in a matter of hours. The rep Paul was very nice too. Highly recommended

If you ever need something from their Service Department, make sure to look for Jacob Kolasinski. I got 2 BMWs and I only make an appointment with Jacob. Very professional to work with, very knowledgeable, very prompt and always keeps me updated with whats going on in my car. I am currently living in Texas and 2 months ago I needed the service history and some for my 2010 BMW X5 35d, I called him up and guess what, I got all the documents the next day. Premium service right there even if you are not a customer anymore. I wish all SAs are like him. Thanks Jacob!!! --- Fernando

JMK BMW SERVICE DEPARTMENT ROCK! especially the service advisor Mr. Jacob Kolasinski, whom from the very onset demonstrated the highest level of professionalism in detecting and mitigating my X6 smoking problems.. The A "10" is not enough to quantify the fantastic job done by the service department. Thank you guys and you are the best.

Will never buy a car here. Was looking into a 3 series certified pre owned and was deciding for a week or two on what do. They dropped the price 3 times in the two weeks so i became suspicious. Clean car fax when i went to the dealership.. About 2 weeks later, I check the car fax again and front end accident shows up. Come to find out they have their own body shop. So, they fixed the car up and tried to sell it as fast as possible before the accident showed up on the car fax. Anyone knows how much the value will drop on the car with a accident, especially with front end damage. These are guys are not honest and I will never return and will make sure everyone I know , will not do business there.
