It's easy for a dealership to be great when everything goes fine. But what makes a dealership really great is how their staff handles things when things don't go perfect. I recently went through some issues with my vehicle, and I thought I wasn't going to be part of the BMW community any longer. But thanks to the great folks at Springfield BMW specially my service advisor Gabriel Coelho and his willingness to go the extra mile to help me with stuff that didn't even have anything to do with him. I am proud to say that I am the proud owner of a new BMW and really happy to be one of their customers.

I have been working w/Gabe to fix my wife's 335. Gabe gave me a detailed repair cost and what I should do immediately. He came in at the estimate and even delivered the car to my home while I was away. Gabe was a gentleman when delivering the car to my daughter. BMW of Springfield has proven to be a fair and valued service provider for my BMW. Gabe also left me with a detailed report of what I should get done in the next few months as well. As per Gabe, he want's to make sure we are happy with our BMW Driving Experience.

In 2013, I decided to leave the Lexus family after 12 years of leasing to join BMW. During my journey I visited BMW in Brooklyn and had the worse experience in my entire life. At the same time my best friend and her husband who resides in Jersey convinced me to try their sales advisor "Art". I was hesitate to conduct business with BMW but I reconsidered. I drove out to Jersey from Brooklyn and met Art. It was the best decision of my life. Art immediately listened to all my concerns which were many, and by the end of the conversation he was able to assess which vehicle was a good fit for my lifestyle. So now we are in 2016, and again I have the pleasure to work with Art on my new lease. My end of lease return process was flawless. I have called him for 6 months about my new lease.. 428i convertible. He as been patient, honest, efficient and listened to my currents needs which are many. His recommendation of this vehicle has been AWESOME. I totally love my new lease!!! I can say today after our 3 year relationship, I can't imagine working with another sales advisor. He has become more than a sales advisor but a family friend. I will personally continue to refer Art to friends and family. Thank you Art!

VP went out of his way to make the deal move. He was outstanding at accommodating every need making me feel comfortable during whole buying process. I first contacted him through email after research and he was not hesitant to give out every detail via email. And when I got to the dealership there was no surprise and everything went very smooth and quick (really quick). I don't normally leave reviews like this and sometimes feel skeptical about rave on a client advisor but this is my way of thanking him. Needless to say, pricing was so competitive no other dealerships in the area could not beat it. Thanks again for the help and providing wonderful experiences!

Always a great experience at BMW. Alex Ramos - my salesman went above and beyond when going through my lease and trading in my car. He worked with me on what I needed and everything was done in a timely and professional manner. Thank you! The service department has always been an excellent experience with Will DaSilva. I have been bringing my car here for service for 10 years and Will has always offered exceptional customer service with everything done in a timely and professional manner as well. I have been to multiple BMW service centers in the past 10 years. After coming to this center for the first time about 6 years ago I was very pleased by the level of professionalism and service I received by the service department. Specifically Jacob in service is who took care of me the first time and due to his level of expertise and professionalism I have been coming back for the past 6 years. Even though I bought my last vehicle from a different BMW dealership I came back here for all my service needs. I have had the best experience and any type of service that my vehicle needs Jacob takes care of it in a timely manner. I recommend to make an appointment with Jacob for your service because you will receive service that is second to none.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SERVICE CENTER ONLY: The service center folks are courteous and helpful. They will actually go out of their way to make things right. I had a bad mishap with a brand new BMW. The folks were understanding and made every effort to help me feel better. Parts: Parts here cost a lot more. Wish they would bring it in line. Most dealers will price match, they didn't. Sales: Did not purchase a car here.
