I recently purchased a 535xi series from the dealership and I must say they were very professional. Everything about this car I love the leather is in mint condition and they had exactly what I wanted which was the deep sea blue with cinnamon brown. When it came down to price they even worked with me to ensure that I left a happy customer. Plus I even got 3 keys. Don't know what I will do with the extra but it doesn't hurt to have. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends

Will never buy a car here. Was looking into a 3 series certified pre owned and was deciding for a week or two on what do. They dropped the price 3 times in the two weeks so i became suspicious. Clean car fax when i went to the dealership.. About 2 weeks later, I check the car fax again and front end accident shows up. Come to find out they have their own body shop. So, they fixed the car up and tried to sell it as fast as possible before the accident showed up on the car fax. Anyone knows how much the value will drop on the car with a accident, especially with front end damage. These are guys are not honest and I will never return and will make sure everyone I know , will not do business there.

i love it. i live local so bmw edison and springfield are both equal miles apart. i have an x3 and 3 series convertible. , and 3 series sedan . i take all my cars for service over there. !!! prior to bmw i have always leased a car ( ray catena) and no problems. now i own my vehicles. so i am more careful about maintaining the vehicles etc..- i cannot express how much i love this dealership. the guys in service.service writers, managers, greeters when u enter. and the parts department- ( you have to see this guy to appreciate him.) so to JMK BMW I GIVE YOU GUYS 5 STARS !! a happy owner .

If you had to list all the qualities that you would hope to find, but seldom do, in a BMW car dealership sales person you could take the time to write them down or you could simply work with Jess Garcia at JMK BMW. I bought my dream car largely because of Jess. He was the epitome of the “no pressure” take you time approach. Jess provided answers and guidance for all my questions and kept the final price within my budget by suggestion a few options that he felt were worth the extra dollars and those that were not necessary. Jess also gave me the best deal by far over the 3 or 4 other dealerships I visited. I am moving to Austin from NJ and if I get another BMW I will travel the 1800 miles north to buy it from Jess. Enuf said. Jess gets an 11 on a 10 point grading system. George K.

When I met a salesman he was tieless and jacketless. I told him I was interested in the X5 so he lead me to his desk and stood there showing me a list of attributes; the same attributes I had already read on the internet. The salesman did not offer me a seat, a drink, his card, nor a look inside of a vehicle; much less a test drive. I was out of there in 15 minutes. He was racist and chauvinistic. I am an African American woman who was made to feel that I was not worth his time.

I have been trying to get two problems on my X5 fixed for months (tailgate rattle, which is a common problem) and a navigation screen they scratched while cleaning the car after (another) service visit. Every time they fix the tailgate, the problem comes back in days. And I don't know why they won't own up to a simple mistake and fix my screen. I thought the maintenance was supposed to be "hassle free"? I feel like the begrudge every repair they need to make under warranty. This is my second and last car from JMK.
