Yep. That's the west side of the Haida Gwaii. Floatplane or boat is pretty much the only way to access most of the Gwaii. Even then there are very few places where you can access the shore, and pretty much none on the west coast.

The T'lell is a tidal river, meaning that at high tide the ocean water backs up far into the river. The water level rises by several feet and the river flows backwards. The ocean water (appearing green) does not mix well with the river freshwater (brown to black), and so there's a clear dividing line between the two that gets pushed backwards as the tide comes in, and then returns past the river mouth at low tide.

On my last day on Graham Island, I was sitting by the river as the high tide started receding. I had not expected to see the dividing line so clearly, but I'd seen similar things before, so I knew what it was when I saw it approaching. I took out my camera to snap a pic. That was when a deer appeared right next to me on the river bank, at most 20-30 feet away, and started swimming across the river pretty much right on that dividing line. The pics are below.

I felt like the island gave me a beautiful gift.
