Hey there, I'm Ivana.

I publish the popular small business marketing blog DIYMarketers.com and when I'm not doing that, I run a virtual marketing company Third Force where we help B2B companies find their best customers and be the one they choose – regardless of price. I support my addiction to small business books as the book editor for Small Business Trends and I've given more than 200 pieces of advice in the form of articles over at AMEX Open Forum. All in all I've got a couple of thousand article out in cyberspace.

Cloud Computing is Dangerous when You don’t Own the Cloud
www.mrexcel.com

Cloud computing is dangerous when you don't own the cloud. I learned that lesson again this week when Facebook removed the MrExcel.com page

I had heard from a friend that these guys not only had SNOW tires, but would store your all season tires (or snow tires) when not in use!!! I'm not sure that it gets any better than that. I called ahead because I wasn't sure if they would be able to take me today -- and Pat told me to come right over. When I got there, the place seemed packed to me -- but I was told that it was actually pretty slow and they would get right to me. And get this -- waiting was no problem because they had FREE WIFI and an office space where you could plug your computer in and get some work done. That was amazing! With it being "Small Business Shopping Week" -- this is the place to go to get your tires (and probably other car care) taken care of. Come on over - you won't regret it.

I never thought I'd look forward to going to the dentist.... I hate going to the dentist and will avoid it at all costs. But it had to be done. People thought I was nuts when I schedule the entire month of May for extensive dental work. But it was about as pleasant an experience as anyone could hope for. The first thing you'll notice is how bright and clean the place is. Really nice. The front desk staff not only has a smile on their face, but a sense of humor as well. And that certainly made me feel more at ease. Then -- the technology will blow your mind. Aspen has state of the art X-ray machines and stuff I've never seen anywhere else. Not only that, but they actually use these digital x-rays while they are working on your mouth. They even give you a tour of your mouth via the x-ray. Dr. Lloyd is really great. He has a soft and pleasant demeanor that will make you feel comfortable and at ease. I also can't say enough about the staff - Kayla, Jasmine and so many others who worked with me over the course of cleanings, fillings, crowns and wisdom teeth extractions (I know - what was I thinking?!) Another thing I LOVE about this place is that they hate pain as much as I do. There's even this gel that they put on your gums as they clean your teeth -- that totally rocks! Kayla is a little OCD about getting every little bit of plaque off your teeth and out of your gums - I don't think I've ever met a hygienist quite so committed to freeing the world of gum disease - but there she is. Scheduling is easy, payments are even easier (they take just about every insurance!) and you can't beat the location! I'm really happy that I found this place.

I first heard about Medina Muffler from a neighbor when I first moved to Medina and needed a car mechanic. Medina Muffler has never- ever let me down. When I've had an emergency and needed a leaky gas tank replaced so that I can go on a long trip the next day -- they made it happen. The staff at Medina Muffer is excellent. You never have to worry that someone who is clueless is working on your car. They have master mechanics and specialists for just about anything that your vehicle can dish out. Thanks to Medina Muffer, I've been able to drive all my cars for well over 100,000 miles a piece.
