We needed to upgrade so we purchased a new Tower and had BASK back up our data. When we received our Tower it was defective so we quick had BASK reassure us that everything they had returned was off the new Tower and after a few days when we received the replaced Tower we again called Bask to download our data and photos. It was a courteous, quick response and so reassuring knowing that our data was safely returned and in such a caring way. The gentlemen we worked with were so patient, friendly and knowledgeable as they took us thru each step of this process. THANK YOU...you definitely have a customer for life, very pleased with your service.

Although I used computers as a librarian for nearly 20 years, church Board secretary for 6 years, and for my own personal purposes for 25 years, I am not a techie and have had to rely on more knowledgeable folk when I encounter problems. I wish I knew whom to thank for recommending BASK to me. I get speedy and excellent service every time, resolutions to my problems, good advice on how to use my computer more effectively, and great security!

BASK is a wonderful service that relives worrying about your computer if, like me, you are somewhat technology challenged. If the computer starts to do something I can't fix, I link to a BASK technician through the website and the technician fixes the problem. To pay a small annual fee to have that confidence that when I need an expert one is readily available to me is worth the fee and more. Thanks.

I rate Bask with a five star+ rating. The service I received was par excellent! I have never had this kind of service with any other help service. The person I was in contact with , Adam B. was the most helpful, kindness, patient and respectful gentleman technician that I could of asked for. The time it took to settle the problem I was having he handled very well. I also want to praise all the other people I dealt with to get the situation take care. A big thank you to them. Bask is the Best!!

Some weeks I use Bask two or three times a week, and have been doing so for several years. Bask provides support that I couldn't do without. 99% if the time my problem is solved. Some issues take a while, but the one today only required 15 minutes. I highly recommend a yearly contract vs per call support.
