What is the first thing you think of when you decide to get healthy?? Do you think about all the foods you have give up?

Try an 'opposite' approach... think about adding foods... lean steak, pork loin, chicken or turkey breasts, fish, roasted or bar-b-q'd veggies, different types of salads, stews, chili's... Sky is the limit!

Find recipes of old favourites instead or ordering in. You don't want to starve your body. If you try, it will rebel and make you HANGRY! Choosing to lose weight and get healthy should not be that way.

Alright, I bet you're wondering why I've started this Take Back Your Me-Time Challenge.

So many of us take on too much and we forget what it's like to do some simple things for ourselves. I get it. We are so busy! We're taking care of our families, husbands, children, careers, jobs, not to mention looking after our homes... got a pet too!?

I was guilty of forgetting about me within all those responsibilities, too. I've learned we have to have that time or we will burn out!

Worse still, we will get sick. If you get sick, who looks after you? Who picks up the slack? You know the guilt when you're sick.

SO, change that!
