We held our Annual Wound Care Fair today to increase awareness in an interactive, comprehensive approach for risk assessment, wound/skin assessment and preventive measures. We continually strive to educate our staff members to increase the quality of care provided to our residents.

The New York Times discusses renovation efforts to help aging seniors maintain their independence and Isabella's contribution to the residents of Fort George VISTAS NORC Program. We thank the New York Foundation for Eldercare in conjunction with DFTA for providing funding for this project.

Our resident, interns and staff members celebrated National Ugly Sweater Day on December 16th. The day was full of holiday cheer as participants marched on floors singing carols to the residents. Our Second Annual Ugly Sweater Day Contest was also held where prizes were awarded for Most Glitzy, Most Original and Most Ugly. Thank you to all who participated and brought joy to our residents!
