Thanks for the pointers. Unfortunately, I HAVE to use Trusteer Rapport Endpoint Security in order to connect to the VPN at work. This article describes a lot of the problems I've been having over the past week or so.

In addition, it stops my Start button and turns off the network. The only way to get it back is to restart the computer.

I only run Trusteer when I'm actively connected to work because it screws with the system, for example, blocking screen captures "for security reasons". I've narrowed down the problem to right after I've started Trusteer Rapport Endpoint Security.

Will we get part three and four of the four-parter?

In case you don't recognize the "Geek Crossing" picture in my profile header, it's Microsoft Way. The building across the street from this sign is where the Visual Studio group had their offices when I was there. That sign really was on the street there for a couple of days. Lucky we got the picture when we did. :)

The woman in the picture is me--15 years ago (fall 1999) when we first moved to Redmond.

I can't seem to find a way to contact customer service. And I don't mean the help community. I want to talk to a person. I'd like to get a customer URL for my profile but I can't because I don't have text messaging? There must be some other way to verify my account.

The request for using VB with Excel got me to thinking about VB in general. I agree that VB is pretty cool. This video shows the screen saver I created using VB .NET (actually upgraded to VB .NET because it was originally written in VB 6.0) I call it spirograph. I'm very proud of it, but I would be even more proud if I knew how to get the image to display on both of my monitors instead of just one. Anybody know how to do that? Multiple monitors are becoming more common and I'd love to know a reliable way to write to multiple screens in a screensaver or other application.
