Is it really that hard? Some people certainly think so. But if you want to save more money, you just need a PLAN. I know, easier said than done. The author of this step-by-step article paid off $25,000 in debt in 3 years making less than $30,000 a year. That's some serious credibility.

Looking ahead to tax season? If you're self-employed, you may want to re-consider your business structure to save more on taxes. The author in this article explains how he is saving $$$ in taxes by switching from an LLC to an S-Corp. Maybe you could be saving thousands a year, too?

I think of this company as a "robo-advisor for real estate crowdfunding." Which is pretty cool! Basically instead of looking at deals yourself, this company does all the heavy lifting for you. Check it out.

Many of us have high deductible health insurance plans. Mine is $7,500! But if you have a high deductible plan - are you taking advantage of an HSA? It's a savings account the government lets us contribute to tax-free AND invest and grow tax-free, meaning we will not pay taxes on it even when we withdrawal. As the article explains, this is truly the best of both worlds so make sure you are informed.

I'm not even a landlord and yet I want to use this platform! It's called Buildium and is a software for landlords. It does SO MUCH. It helps you build a website, list properties, log maintenance requests, collect rent, screen prospective tenets... it's basically a robo-advisor for real estate investing (which I didn't even know existed). Check it out.

How is Stash Invest different than Betterment? Or Acorns different than Wealthfront? These "robo-advisors" actually fall into two separate camps. We explain further here.

Anyone out there use Betterment? If so, have you checked out their "RetireGuide?" It sounds like a bonafide and enhanced retirement calculator which is pretty great. Kara, a writer on staff here tried it out and this is what she had to say.
