Nothing is complimentary, even with expensive rooms. Internet is ~$12 per day. Small bottled water is $5.50! Fridge is filled with drinks but is sealed so you can't put your own stuff in it. No continental breakfast, not even an “intercontinental” one; restaurant is very expensive. Wired Internet in room is ~$12 per day, and it is very slow. WiFi signal non-existant in my room. Internet goes through SuperClick which tracks you (plus opens popups?), even though you pay for the service! I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express down the road.

Awful experience from the start! Management oversold the room we had booked, so they gave us an upgrade (quasi one that is) - for 1 night then move us to a much smaller room. Listen, when you are traveling with young ones, it's hard enough alone and having to unpack for 1 night and then repack for a potential move was poor customer service. Here's another kicker, management truly shows lack of training, when they gave me the wrong room 2x!!?!? Seriously? I love traveling and always willing to splurge on really good hotels. This one - if I could - I would demand a full refund. Why? The hotel is extremely dated (chipped wood on doors, dirty desks, stained sofa in their ironic upgraded room, soggy bed, motor-air conditioner (sounds like a jet engine right next to you), crusted shower head & door, list goes on and on) and lacks the quality I see in other hotels. If we had a choice (here for a wedding), would've chosen a much better hotel with at least 3 stars. This one is worse than a "Days Inn". Get the picture? They should go check out The London in NYC! This one is a Total EPIC Fail!!

Nice hotel but $37 a day to valet and you don't have a choice as there is no parking lot if you would rather self park.
