Swanky rooms & suites with balconies or terraces, plus a posh restaurant, an infinity pool & a spa.- Google
"Not really the best rooms i have seen, but the service was great and nice staff."
"This one is worse than a "Days Inn."

Went to a wedding at the grand ballroom. Service is excellent. The lamb rack and the steak are juicy and tasty. However, the soup is too salty.

This is a horrible hotel where we had very bad experience. (1) The waiters at the breakfast did not bring my kid a highchair. They asked me to bring it myself. (2) After I unfolded the white color napkin, there was residual food and nasal mucus inside the napkin. (3) The waiters hypocritically served you water or juice, simply for tips. The orange juice tastes terrible. When the waiters see I signed the receipt with tips, I can hear they were snickering. (4) The shampoo and body lotion was not renewed on the second day. (5) I can tell the floor in the rooms was not vacuumed. (5) The worst thing happened at "check out". We parked the car in their garage for 3 nights. It costed $42 per night. They charged me 4 times !!! Then I argued with the manager. They refunded me one $42. I knew they are doing this intentionally.

I got to say what Great service, everyone was really friendly. Big comfortable rooms. Awesome continental breakfast (though very expensive. i really enjoyed the room that I stayed at with its space, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. The customer service has been excellent. I contacted them about my sunglasses that I left in my room and they were able to locate them and mail it back to me without any hassle or delay. Service like this separates the great hotels from the good ones.

We had to move rooms. The first smelled like cigarette smoke. the second room we had to run the water for half an hour to get hot water to finally take a shower in.

I've been a loyal customer of another hotel chain, but figured I'd try the InterContinental Century City. Great experience! Service rivals and even exceeds that of another best-in-class chain. Excellent remodel, as well. Well done.

Great quiet location, friendly staff, beautiful decor. I think they're still in middle of remodel. We had no heat and no TV remotes in any of the 2 rooms for our suite.

I show up at around 7pm and the room was not ready. Then the card couldn't open the door because the lock was messed up. So after having wasted an inordinate amount of time, we get another room. Then the act of simply checking in took forever. Then add in valet parking. Really - this is an Intercontinental? From what angle?
