I went for an event hosted by an outside party and the valet parking was pretty slow, not great at directing staff, and seemed to be understaffed. There was nobody in line for valet and it still took them 5-10 minutes to get my car. The food catered at the event was bland and the water tank was not filled with enough water. The only things the hotel could control were subpar in my opinion. (Although I will say the bathrooms were quite clean.) All in all think they could have a better traffic flow in the valet area.

Hotel is a nice place for meeting and social gathering. It has a good atmosphere and will definitely be back here. The only downside are the valet guys are pretty rude sometimes.

Rooms are a little dated. My biggest issue was the AC didn't work. Could never get my room below 80°. Pretty sad for a room that costs $400 per night...

It smelled amazing, the scent in the hotel was purely intoxicating. The coffee offered was not very good tasting. The conference room was suitable for our needs. The staff was quite helpful.

I absolutely love this hotel!!! Top 2 things are 1) The staff is AMAZING! 2) Very trendy decor. Air conditioners work great and the room is clean. The beds and pillows are super comfortable.

I went there to attend the woman's chefs conference. The hotel itself is very nice, but the only way you can park is through valet service. I suppose that's fine if you're going to stay there at the hotel but it's not very convenient for a conference.

Mixed bag. Was supposed to be upgraded if space available and it was fully booked, so starting off not great even though IHG Platinum member. Valet can be slow and you have to pay $38 per night for it, and can't be waived (per my front desk person). We ended up getting the Ambassador program and was able to upgrade to a one bedroom executive suite. The rooms are pretty nice, if not basic, and the beds are comfortable. Service was pretty good overall. The pool leaves room for the imagination and the Hyatt pool is much nicer, and more kid friendly. The hot tub was hot. Also not walking distance to the mall as the Hyatt is. No regency club either. All in all, we missed the Hyatt but glad we got the chance to stay here.
