A balanced diet. Simple techniques and guidelines.
http://inspireyoga.com/nourish/
I often get asked what “the perfect plate” looks like. My answer is always the same: there is no universal perfect! The goal in meal composition is always to nourish the body deeply, and the specifics of that looks different for each person. I have been a dietitian for over 3 years now, and in …

Yoga and Anxiety. How can it help?

http://ow.ly/MPaTP
Janis Joplin once said, “You can destroy your now by worrying about tomorrow.” And it’s true. Worry pulls you out of the present moment and keeps you either dwelling in the past (things you can’t change) or aching for the future (which you cannot predict). As yogis, I think we can all agree that the …

I rely heavily on reviews so thought I would write one. I am from the east coast and have experienced a lot of different yoga studios. This is a TRUE yoga studio. Each instructor and class is different, which is refreshing and unlike other studios in the area. I highly recommend it!

The studio is beautiful and the location can't be beat. The staff are all extremely knowledgable, friendly, and actually care about your personal yoga experience. They seem to really want you to achieve the same love of yoga that they have and their enthusiasm is contagious. More than worth the annual fee.

I started the yoga instructor training in October at Inspire Yoga Studio. I have learned so much more than I ever imagined. It is not just about the poses. The history, methodology, sanskrit, and anatomy,(who would have thought). What a great way to advance even in my own personal practice!! I am so much stronger physically, emotionally, spiritually, and a happier, more well rounded human being!! I know that I am receiving excellent training, and I will be very prepared when the opportunity arises to teach! Thank you to all of the instructors at Inspire Yoga Studio!!!

The Best yoga Studio Full of positive energy and friendly knowledgable instructors. It is a wonderful supportive community that removes the general intimidation of a typical specialized studio. There are so many classes for different fitness levels available to help you with whatever your Inspiration or goal is . An Absolute pleasure to Be At Inspire . It's a clean, modern studio with beautiful large windows that connects the beauty of the sky to the yoga practice . Inspiring Inside and out !:)

I've been practicing at Inspire since they opened. I thot the class schedule was already perfect but at the beginning of this year, there were some minor modifications made to a couple of my favorite classes. After two months, I can already see a big improvement in my practice due to those changes. This studio is top to bottom the best I've ever been in. Bethaney and all the teachers are proactive at making it a positive experience for everyone. I'm a 53 year old man and it feels like home to me.

I had never really done yoga before, but felt like it would be something fun to try. A few of my friends had told me about inspire so I figured id give it a shot sense its right across the street from where I work. Not knowing what to expect I was kinda nervous, but that feeling was gone quickly once I had started. Everyone working there was great, friendly and really knowledgeable. I was unsure on how to do some of the moves but the instructor saw I was struggling and helped me out on the forms. I had no clue that it was going to be so much of a workout, this will defiantly keep you in shape. over all good experience from the mood of the room and music to the instructors.

Inspire truly lives up to its name! You are greeted by name when you walk in the door, and are instructed by top-notch yoga instructors. Every time I walk out of a class, no matter what the type of class or teacher, I have left thinking "That class was exactly what I needed." You don't get that kind of feeling in just any gym or studio! It is such a gift to have Inspire in our community.
