Spray painted electrical panels are a no-no. If the overspray can't be removed with a "dry cloth" the affected components should be REPLACED. So a painter with a spray gun can be expensive. May also be a re-sale issue when you go to sell if you don't have the seller fix it for you. This one is Minor, but still WRONG, and when you go to sell...

I also found this great VIDEO series on how to insulate PROPERLY.  Most builders are not even CLOSE.  Anyway, they are worth watching to see how it SHOULD be done...

Recently did a pre-drywall and I wrote that the insulation was poorly done.  This was AFTER their repair/re-work.  I wrote it up AGAIN as poor and gave them a brochure from the Manufacture that said don't do it this way.

Often buyers look at electric cook-tops with disdain, as they are "Slow" to respond.  In a recent house I saw one of the "HALOGEN" cook-tops that is near instant and created this short video to show just how fast they are.

Thanks for watching

Garage doors are the single largest, heaviest moving object in your home, so we always test automatic garage door openers for proper operation and safety. This video shows how!
