I was just shopping around and had visited other luxury brand dealerships around Columbus. Just paid a casual visit on Memorial Day as part of my car shopping after going through all the positive feed-backs here. Had plan to buy after couple of months only. Mark and Kyle made the car buying experience so wonderful and I bought QX60 the very same day. There was no goofing around on their part. Kyle was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. No pressure from Pam the business manager to buy addons. They have made me looking forward to buy from them again soon :-)

I bought my QX70 just over a year ago and have returned to Germain Infiniti of Easton for all of my services since then. The only thing more pleasurable than my fantastic purchasing experience with Drew, is the way I am treated when in the service department. Adam and Chris are the best! I never feel like I'm being taken advantage and the cost of ownership is much lower than my Acura! I can't wait to buy my next Infiniti from these guys! :)

My experience with Germain Infiniti of Easton was amazing from start to finish. Zach and Peter were both extremely helpful in helping me select the right car for my needs, were very patient and never pushy, gave me a great trade-in value for my old car, and were/are always available to answer any questions I have about my new Infiniti (that I LOVE, by the way!). I looked at other cars at other dealerships and what brought me back to Germain Infiniti was not only the great car, but the amazing people that I worked with! Thanks Zach and Peter!

As I have been in the market for an Infiniti G37xS for a few months I was pleasantly surprised to see Infiniti of Easton had 3 on the lot ranging from 10,000 miles to close to 40,000 miles. I had an idea of what price and mileage would meet the standard so on Sunday I inquired about one of the vehicles. Megan promptly responded to my interest via text filling me in on some details around the current G37's on the lot. Later I found out Sunday is not considered a business day at Infiniti of Easton so Megan was, from the first interaction, going above and beyond. I found Megan and Mark (General Manager) helpful and willing to go the extra mile (Literally, they are delivering the car I purchased to my house in south Dayton) throughout the entire purchase experience. This treatment extends from the finance staff as well. Pam shopped my loan to find an interest rate saving me .25%. Typically car buying is cumbersome at best. This experience was what it should of been for the value and cost of product rendered. Not overly convenient to minimize value but extremely easy to do professional business. Most of my interaction was done via telephone after I left the dealership, far past closing hours, the night I test drove the car. I highly recommend Germain Infiniti of Easton for purchase of used vehicles. If I could buy my next house from this dealership I would.....

Called the dealership, told them what i wanted to spend and that was it. The process was easy and painless. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I worked with a few different people and each was a pleasure. My car was prepped for me to perfection and i drove off the lot in nearly record time. Never been so thrilled about a new car. Overall experience was one of the best. thank you

Have been going here for service on my G37x since they opened. Chris is excellent throughout - very friendly, aims to please and very fair. Trust is paramount in a car dealership and Chris has my trust beyond doubt to take care of my car like his own and charge me a fair price. Very professional. I am glad they opened up near my home.

Customer services are wonderful , friendly . the bad part is about the money they wanted from you. My car was perfectly fine when i took it to discount tire. I spent $0.00 Americans dollars but Infiniti Easton wants $427.75 Americans Dollars for replacing the Tire pressure sensor which i don't even need.
