Infiniti today announced that the new 2016 Infiniti Q70 Premium Select Edition will be on display this week in the Infiniti Pavilion at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. The specially equipped Q70 premium sedan will be available at Infiniti retailers nationwide beginning in November.

I ended up purchasing a used vehicle from Infiniti of Bellevue, and had a great experience throughout the process. Hitoshi and Fred were great at answering all of my questions, and concerns, about the vehicles I was interested in. They did a great job in showing me the vehicle reports and estimates for my trade in and the vehicle I ended up purchasing. It has been a couple of weeks now and they are both still very helpful whenever I have had questions about the car and its features! I had my first interaction with Chris in the service department today, and that went great as well. If you are looking for a low pressure, friendly and honest dealership, I would highly recommend Infiniti of Bellevue.

I have purchased and leased close to 10 cars from Infiniti of Kirkland which is now Infiniti of Bellevue. Most recently I turned in my G37X for a Q60. I worked with Hitoshi Delica and Sunil Loprinzi. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to make my experience fantastic. I wasn't seeing the colors I wanted so Sunil has someone drive the Q60 down from Lynnwood. Upon seeing it, I know it was the one for me. Hitoshi followed up several times to ensure I was completely happy. When I went in for the license plates, Sunil greeted me and asked if all was well. I had an issue with how loud the car was. Sunil suggested the roof racks sometimes catch air which increases the noise factor. He encouraged me to stop by and they took them off which made a huge impact. I would definitely recommend Hitoshi, Sunil and Linda Ross in Service to anyone looking for a new car to lease or buy.

I did not end up buying a car from Infiniti of Bellevue only because they did not have the G37x I wanted. But their service was top-notch. El-Lim was the person to help me out, she was really nice and professional, also very easy to work with. She made me feel really comfortable during the process of finding the right car and was explaining all the best options for me like she really cares. She was truly trying to get me the best deal possible. I really appreciate what she did for me even though I didn't buy a car from her. I would definitely come back next time for a car and i would recommend El-Lim because she gave me the best experience I've had with a car dealership.

Went here because they called about my Chevy Sonic. Said they would like to buy it after a quick look at the car. Spent 5 minutes inspecting the car, provided you know these two individuals were not mechanics. After waiting in their lobby for 30 minutes, the lady comes back to me to tell me the clean CARFAX report is incorrect, and the car has been in an accident, the doors have been removed and it's been repainted, and that they were surprised the car passed DEQ. Here's the truth. The car has a clean CARFAX. I purchased the car CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED from Wentworth Chevy in Portland at 4500 miles. WW Chevy bought the car back from the original owner who bought it brand new from WW Chevy. I've never had an accident in the car. The cars never been in an accident... How do I know? Maybe because the original paint is still on the bolt heads for each door. Or maybe because the car passed DEQ in February 2015. Or maybe because there's no way a certified Chevy dealer would purchase a rebuilt car and sell it certified pre-owned. All in all, these people are scam artists looking for suckers.

David Suy helped my wife and I pick out the car we love. We came in looking to test a few cars and honest go around to a few different dealerships to find the right fit. David was honest and not pushy at all. He walked us through the options and took the time to find the best deal with us. We ended up selecting an Inifiniti Q50s and could not be happier with our decision. Thank you!

Normally I do not write reviews on website. I would like to share our pathetic experience with Infinity of Bellevue. We leased a 2015 brand new infinity Q50 in May 2015. The car ran fine for a while and then started the trouble. The navigation screen stopped working. We called the dealership and tried to troubleshoot the vehicle over the phone. They told us to hard reset the system and we did that but the problem continued. When the problem continued to happen they finally had us make an appointment to take the car to the dealership. We dropped the car on February 07, 2016 hoping that the issue would be resolved. On Monday February 08, 2016 we got a call from the dealership that the mechanics were not able to find any issue and we can pick up the car. They had the car for the entire day and hooked it up to check for any sensors or codes that would signal a problem; they found nothing. When my wife brought the car back I realized that there was a big scratch on the inside of the passenger door. We called the dealership to report the damage the person told my wife that they will put this information in our file and make sure someone will repair the paint next time we are in. Fast forward to March,and the navigation system has completely stopped working. We called the dealership again and dropped the car on Sunday February 28, 2016. Monday we got a call from the dealership that our main computer chip is damaged and the dealership will have to request a replacement part. We had no other option but to drive the rental car and wait for car to finally be fixed "forever". We got a call on Thursday from Linda that our car is fixed and we can pick it up on Friday evening. We put 2 little ones (3 year and 1 year) and drove 45 minutes (one way) in the rain to pick up our car. The moment I sat in the car I tried to link my phone via bluetooth and it never worked. I put the car in reverse and realized that the back up camera is not working. We headed back inside to let them know that there is still an issue and the car is not fixed. Two sales guys showed up, one soon disappeared and another guy Sunil tried to fix the back up camera. He soon realized what a terrible job was done, the system was running poorly and was freezing up. He was very nice and promised my wife that he will talk to Linda tomorrow and call us back in the morning. So, once again, we have left our car now for a third time to fix an issue that it seems is impossible for the dealership to resolve. Our car has 3000 miles and should not be having these issues. At this time I am really questioning our decision to buy an Infinity. It is very concerning that a car with only 3000 miles is having an issue repeatedly and folks seem at a loss for a solution. In my opinion, multiple trips(45-60 minutes each way) for the same issue on a brand new car seems very excessive. This is definitely the first and the last car I will ever buy from this dealership...

Spent time today with Ben Matteucci and Sunil Loprenzi. They were courteous, hospital, and very concerned that I got the right car against my needs and budget. Of course their objective is to sell, but felt like they were putting my needs first. Loved the fact that it was a knowledge-based, no-pressure sale. They provided all the information I needed to make the right decision...even going so far as to call a manufacturer representative to make sure I had accurate info. I'd highly recommend working with them on your next car purchase!

So I had a 2012 G37x and I went in to 'Infiniti of Bellevue' to get an oil change. Me and my girlfriend were just lurking around the dealership looking at the car I always wanted....a Q50! So El-Lim was the nicest person who came up to us and started asking us questions on how was our day going, how we doing and etc.. So we got to the topic that I wanted a new car. She was so nice and friendly that she would do her best to help me get the Q50. I told her I would come in the next to have all my information with me. Once that day came I never thought I would be able to drive the Q50 home! She's a girl who keeps her words she definitely helped me out and put a smile on my face! Not only her but everyone else was helpful the financial manger and everyone! They will make your trip worth it and if you are looking for the best car deals, you better go to the Infiniti of Bellevue! Amazing dealership and people! Thanks to El-Lim she made a dream come true. I will definitely keep coming here, thank you Infiniti of Bellevue for the best customer service out of all the dealerships I been to.
