"Worried about how you’ll come across should you stumble upon a genital piercing? With a little help from our (pierced) friends, you can avoid embarrassing yourself, wasting time worrying, or straight up annoying your new paramour with the questions they’ve likely heard a whole lot of times."
What happens if your hands start to wander and you feel some steel?

New shirts are available at the Infinite online store: A variation on the iconic “Crimson Ghost” logo popularized by the band the Misfits, these feature a full-chest skull print with “INFINITE” spelled out in classic horror movie letters. The back features studio information on the left shoulder with the tagline, “We Are F138.” (This is a play on the Misfits song, “We Are 138,” and the ASTM designation for implant-grade stainless steel.) These are printed using a discharge process on either American Apparel #2001 classic-fit tees or s308 women’s racerback tanks. To order, go to infinitebody.com/shop.

After several years of hard work, the new and improved Web site for Infinite Body Piercing is now live! In addition to our dramatically expanded information on piercing, stretching, and aftercare, this marks the official launch of our online store. Over the coming weeks we will be adding more inventory, until eventually everything we have for sale in the studio will be available online. So keep checking it, and watch it grow.

Men Wanted: Infinite's founder and owner, James Weber, will be teaching this year's class on male genital piercings (with +Elayne Angel) at the Association of Professional Piercers Conference and Exposition June 8 to 13, and he needs procedural photos for his presentation. Interested men (who don't mind having their piercing procedure photographed and/or filmed) can email James at james[at]infinitebody.com for more information. For these appointments, we will be offering the procedure for the price of jewelry only, so if you've been debating that new below-the-belt piercing, there's no better time!

Infinite Body Piercing, Inc., was established and incorporated in late 1994, and opened its retail space for business February 1, 1995. Since then, Infinite has continued to set the standard for professional body piercing in Philadelphia and the nation.

When body art regulations were being drafted in Philadelphia, our piercing staff helped with wording to ensure that these regulations were informed and beneficial to not only piercers, but to the public as well. As a result, these regulations are often referenced as a model for other parts of the country.

In addition to certification by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, all piercers on staff are members of the Association of Professional Piercers. (Membership criteria can be found on the APP’s Web site, safepiercing.org.) James Weber, Infinite’s founder and President, served two terms on the APP Board of Directors and three years as the APP President. He now serves as editor-in-chief of The Point: The Journal of the Association of Professional Piercers and his articles have been reprinted in numerous other publications, including PAIN magazine and BMEzine.com.

James has been invited to speak at events ranging from nursing conferences to student health service meetings to university classes on human sexuality. Infinite employees continue to represent the APP at tattoo conventions and medical conferences, and by teaching classes at the annual APP Conference and Exposition.

But Infinite Body Piercing is more than a list of credentials. We strive to be a safe and welcoming space for everyone, regardless of age, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity. Our diverse staff is always open to any questions, no matter if you are getting your first ear piercing or something a little more risqué. We have both male and female piercers on staff, so whatever your comfort level we have someone here for you.

We offer a full range of services, from ear piercing and simple jewelry insertion to surface anchors and genital piercings. We have a huge selection of jewelry, everything from basic hoop earrings to three-inch ear plugs, from implant grade stainless steel and titanium to glass, wood, horn, and other natural materials. We stock earrings, navel bling, and everything in-between!
We’re open every day, and we always have a piercer on staff, if not two (or sometimes even three). If you come in for a piercing, we’ll make sure you leave something that’s clean and works with your body—and your lifestyle. We’ll give you extensive written aftercare, and suggest a cleaning regimen with products that work for you. If you’re just coming in to browse and shop, we’ll even put your new jewelry in for free.

But don’t take our word for it; come in and see for yourself.

This place was awesome! Got my VCH done and they were extremely clean and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe. I'm going back to stretch my ears. I fully recommend this place.

I got my philtrum pierced here. And would like to say that if you look really closely it's not perfectly centered. It did heal very well and followed what they told me on how to take care of it. My piercer was very cool and had let my boyfriend in to hold my hand. I was a little nervous. It was very quick but the one thing I do no like about this place is that, the people who work at the register area give off a smug vibe like they're better than everyone. They're not that friendly an have not gone back just because of that vibe. I prefer Warrior because the people there are very helpful, friendly and inviting. They always offer to help you and inform you well and what you want to know without sounding like know-it-alls. I've bought my jewelry at Warrior and will get any future piercings by them.

I had my tragus pierced here twice. Both times they assured me it was being "pierced properly" and therefore would not grow out and both times it grew out. during one of these piercings I had some excessive bleeding. I mentioned that i took 2 advil the night before and the piercer scolded and patronized me for not disclosing that prior to the piercing, as if i was going to bleed to death out my ear. Last week I called them inquiring about some body jewelry, since I did recall that their selection of jewelry was, at least better than their job performance. I explained to the rep that I live far from them and inquired about their selection. He described some of them to me and I decided I may pop in. He said if i wanted them to send me some pics of what they have to email them. I called back this evening and requested some pictures - the rep put me on hold for several minutes and then came back on the line to inform me that "that's not really something that do." I said, "ok, then I will buy my jewelry elsewhere," and he hung up on me. Job Performance - Terrible Customer Service - Also Terrible .....they think they are gods, perhaps as a way of compensating for being bad at what they do for a living. pretentious...

I thought that once I had piercing and tattoos that people would be nicer to me like I had entered some kind of alternative club. Nope. The people at infinite hate me as much as they hate you. They don't want you to be there. They don't need your service and they don't want it. If you don't make an appointment they're going to be instantly annoyed. It's located in the city and when groups of teen girls come in to get their bellies and tongues pierced you can tell that the piercers are incredibly bothered. I understand that they must put up with a lot of bullshit but that's their job. If I'm paying you that much to provide me with a service, I am also paying for you to treat me like a human being. I got my ears pierced at a 4 next to my old 20 gauge holes. Kyle pierced it unevenly and after the profuse bleeding ended had to repierce the hole immediately after the mess up. I wish they would've told me to let them heel and we would try again. It never healed while the other hole healed up beautifully. i had to take them both out and the experience was so negative I don't even want to do it again. I spent so much time, money and energy trying to fixing a mistake that I paid them to make. COOL! Everyone thinks people with tattoos and piercings are d***s and this place really explains that. They also won't give you new balls when you purchase new rings.

I had Kali and she rocked my socks! I got my helix and my friend got her eyebrow. Didn't feel anything, she explained everything really well and was super nice. Super clean and the rest of the staff was really fun. Potentially new best friends as long as they're in too.
