It was really intimidating walking in as they were in a middle of a session, but Ritchie gave me a warm welcome and showed me where to go. I had an intro session with Ian and he was really nice and the session was really fun even though I didn't know anything. Everyone was just so welcoming and the atmosphere was great. Due to time conflicts I don't think I'll be attending regular classes as a member but I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a gym! I will definitely go back when I have the chance.

Walked in totally clueless looking to get started in training MMA. First day I received a very warm welcome from Ritchie. I've been taking both the BJJ and Kickboxing classes and they have been amazing. You learn so much in each session, and there's always time for follow up questions at the end. Lots of good people with great mindsets, a positive place to learn for a first-timer like myself. Highly recommend you check it out too.

Did the intro class. Great staff. Good facility. Positive culture. 4/5 now because it will probably a 5/5 after 6 months.

It was a great experience. I went in for my first class today (at the Burnaby location) and the atmosphere was intense and at the same time very welcoming. I'm hoping to carry on with many more classes at InFighting

I've been attending infighting BJJ for past year and a half. I can say that the reason I'm still doing it is because Ritchie keeps it engaging and interesting. The atmosphere of the gym is also very warm and inviting. Ritchie is a passionate teacher who not only knows his BJJ, but also knows how to explain it. A year and a half into BJJ, and i still can't wait for next class.

Super warm welcome from a detailed instructor. I would highly recommend any first timer to this martial arts school. A bunch of blue, purple and brown belts to test your offensive and defensive game. Still grinning at the fact that I escaped Richie's arm bar.

Infighting was a great place for me to get started on my fitness journey. Ritchie and the Infighting team are super knowledgeable, and the environment they have fostered is friendly and encouraging. The first step and often hardest step to getting fit is to walk in and just do it. Infighting made it easy and fun. Now, I can't imagine a week without an Infighting workout. ~Tasha.

Kickboxing is often viewed as a male dominated form of exercise. The sport of mixed martial arts definitely supports this claim, as the majority of participants are in fact male. This was the trend and it seemed as though that was just how it was going to be.

Hey everybody, Richie Yip here. We’re in part six of our ultimate escape cross side system. Sit up escape. Once again, it’s Marcello Garcia who does this better than anybody that I’ve ever seen. There’s a great highlight reel on youtube of Marcello Garcia doing this. Let’s just crack right into it, Stephan.

Hey everybody, Richie Yip here talking again about our ultimate cross side escape game plan. This is part five in a six-part series. We’re going to talk about the granby. The granby is an escape that I think is super popular. The best jiu-jitsu practitioners in the world do this. We’re going to talk about what I call the young punk kind of way of doing it, and then I’m going to talk about the way that I do it – the old man jiu-jitsu way of doing it. But first, the young punk way.
