Do you know about the benefits of V-Steaming for your fertility?
Vaginal Steaming is a well-respected practice that is used by traditional healers all over the world.

In Chinese medicine, it’s used to relieve stagnation and coldness in the body to open the blood vessels, increase circulation, increase oxygen and relax the pelvic floor muscles.

Vaginal Steaming helps clean out and renew your uterine lining, significantly reduces pain and discomfort with your monthly cycles, lessens symptoms associated with Endometriosis, regulates irregular menstrual cycles, and helps nourish your uterus and increase blood flow so it is ready for implantation.
If you have been having difficulty getting pregnant, it is best to have between 4-6 V-Steams. You can get them between when you are finished bleeding and before you ovulate if you are trying this cycle. If you are taking a break, you can do it any time after you stop bleeding.

Visit to watch my video about Vaginal Steaming and see how V-Steaming can help you enhance your fertility.

If you are TTC check this out! You really should be eating Organic.... at least when it comes to foods with high pesticide residue!

New research is out tying the consumption of fruits + vegetables with high levels of pesticide residue to a lower chance of pregnancy
and higher risk of pregnancy loss among women undergoing infertility treatment in the U.S.

I added the EWG’s Dirty Dozen and EWG’s Clean Fifteen to my blog

[12 fruits and vegetables that are most important to eat organic versions + 15 fruits and vegetables that are the least important to consume organic version]
