Are you feeling or feel fatigued at times - six point checklist
 
There will be times when we feel totally fatigued, there are many reasons why one can become fatigued, heavy night out, being kept up by the baby, working patterns, injuries, diet, mental state, bad sleeping habits, long or late night workouts, just to name a few.
 
Sometimes, fatigue is a sign that you need to manage your life better or it may be a prelude to some serious illness or disease. For example, chronic diabetes, kidney or liver disease, lung disease, or anemia. If you are getting plenty of exercise, sleep, and your diet is fine, then consider taking a trip to see your Doctor.
 
You should also add symptoms that include hepatitis, mononucleosis, thyroid disease and some cancers. Warning: if your fatigue persists, then don't try to self- diagnose your condition, go see your Doctor.
 
Six things you should check for when feeling fatigued:
 
1. Check your physical health
2. Examine your diet
3. Check your sleeping habits
4. Check your emotional well-being
5. Check your anxiety levels
6. Is it a state of mind
