Improvement Warrior Fitness is group personal training. Group training has gotten so un-personal over the years, treating people like numbers. At IWF we are putting the PERSONAL back into group training. We are results oriented training program, so our focus is getting our client results. We do this through the training sessions that we provide (nobody just works out or exercises in our program- there is a purpose for each and every time our clients step through the door), the nutrition, the goal setting, the fat loss contests, the walls of fame, the weight loss clubs, and by using the FitRanX Fitness Ranking System

  * Time friendly classes, 35-45 minutes
  * Training sessions accommodate all fitness levels
  * FitRanx Fitness Ranking system for easy short-term goal achievement
  * Time based training, not sets and reps
  * Injury Free Zone
  * Never the same workout. Never plateau, always improving
  * All aspects of fitness covered: Strength, Power, Endurance, Conditioning, Stamina, Agility, Stability, Balance, Coordination, Regeneration, and Mobility
  * Full body routines
  * No Boring, or Hard on the Joints, Cardio
  * Positive environment
  * Done-For-You Nutrition Plans
  * Goal and Success Sessions to navigate you to your dream body

I'm very happy with my experiences at Improvement Warrior Fitness. I feel better, stronger and healthier. I really like the new program they have started where they find your weaknesses (in a very non-judgmental, supportive way) and then give you corrective exercises to work on those. It's a much more individualized training session that way. I was well aware of my weaknesses and now I have the means to get them stronger more quickly. The coaches are all very supportive and encouraging. Jason has always happily answered any of my questions and Stephanie is just awesome!

We are not here to exploit your weaknesses but to improve them and make sure you are getting stronger and better. Martial Arts have their black belts but we think everyone can earn our Black Band for showing improvement in their fitness.

I've been going to Improvement Warrior Fitness training sessions for some time now and it's been such a positive addition in my life. It's not only a way to lose unwanted body fat, the programs have become an outline for my daily life. I've become stronger both mentally and physically and enjoy challenging myself at each training session. The coaches are down to earth and so helpful and encouraging, you can really tell they are there to help you reach your goals. Plus, it's been a great way to meet awesome people and have fun while really learning how to become an Improvement Warrior. I would recommend this program to anyone!!

I've been enjoying Jason's classes in some capacity for the last 5 years, and it's especially true with Improvement Warrior Fitness. The way he conducts his classes (and how he trains his trainers) is one of a kind, and leaves the students feeling like they've received the best experience. I have yet to get bored from a class, and the workouts are never the same. And when I say they're never the same, I'm not joking. After 5 years I still don't think I've repeated a workout--it's crazy how he can come up with so many different ways the exercise. The group format is great because you get an additional level of encouragement from everyone else in the class. There really is a sense of community and togetherness. Everyone supports everyone. I recommend to anyone looking for a new workout program!

I originally started working out with Improvement Warrior Fitness when I won a month of workouts at a charity event. Even though I was a bit apprehensive to begin a bootcamp-style class, I was quickly put at ease. And I was hooked! The workouts are always different so boredom is never an issue. The trainers are personable and knowledgeable, helping modify exercises when needed. Charity events are regularly scheduled, showing that the trainers care about giving back to the community. And no matter your fitness level, from beginner to advanced, the workouts are so doable! Currently, I work out at home with the online bootcamps. Although I miss the camaraderie of the classes, I like that I can still get an intense, full body workout without the 45-minute drive. There are so many different levels and different workouts available online, so just like attending a class in person, I never get bored. In addition to the awesome workouts, nutritional and motivational advice is provided, if you are interested. Overall, I don't think you can find a more comprehensive workout program than that offered by Improvement Warrior Fitness.

Improvement Warrior Fitness is great! I initially attended Yun fitness bootcamps in 2009 to get in better shape. It changed the way I looked at fitness. Due to a change in my schedule (I had a kid) I was no longer able to go, although I missed the workouts tremendously. Then I learned about the LBN Online Strength and Fitness Website. I no longer had an excuse for not working out. I could do it at home, and I had Jason Yun right there to motivate me. What I love about the online program is the variety of routines. I can follow one type of workout, then make a change when I need it. One of my friends who I had not seen in awhile noticed I had thinned out, and put on some muscle. He said “you must be spending a lot of time at the gym everyday.” When I replied “No, I just workout in my living room” he did not believe me. I get better result with Improvement Warrior Fitness than I ever got by going to the gym or with other trainers in the past, and I recommend it to everyone.

Improvement Warrior Fitness is great! I joined fitness program in 2013 and it helped my mind and body to stay healthy. Due to relocation I had to quit but I think it's one of the best program available. I highly recommend this and guarantee you will see the change.

"I joined the Jason Yun Improvement warrior program several months ago. I was struggling with obesity and pre diabetic numbers as well as cholesterol. With his exercise program of 3 or more days a week and encouragement during the classes I can now say my weight is down and I am no longer pre diabetic and my cholesterol numbers are much much better. I feel stronger than ever before and do exercises I never thought I could do. I can also look in the mirror again without a frown. I do believe his program can change your life and give you positive motivation". Sandy Lindsay

I was recently introduced to Improvement Warrior Fitness when a friend invited me to join a Transformation Contest. This was the motivation I needed to get started on a healthier lifestyle. I thoroughly enjoyed the training sessions that I attended. Trainers were caring, knowledgeable and very positive. They take the time to recognize your weaknesses and find ways to improve them. I highly recommend Improvement warrior Fitness!
