What do you do about negative feedback via Social Media?

The answer is simple: LISTEN!!!

Instead of going on the defence and responding with justifications for your position, take a moment to really focus on the complaint and what they are actually telling you.

Often you'll find that complaints are an insight into something within your business that requires attention. In most cases the issue can be resolved by merely allowing the individual to express their opinion and by giving them an opportunity to speak.

Provide them with a thoughtful and heartfelt solution and you may even manage to turn a negative review into a positive one.

Remember all feedback is good feedback - it just depends on how you use it
