Bahm! Really nailed it +AndreaLearned!

"Those events gather rooms full of incredibly capable, astoundingly accomplished women, with men noticeably absent. That’s a loss for the future of business. The goal has got to be to help more men realize that relational skills are not “feminine” but instead “human,” and that leveraging them is a business requirement. By not participating in the very so-named “women’s” conferences, even as they actually cover gender neutral leadership skills, men lose out in learning how to use and improve their own relational strengths."

I love the way +Brian Solis explains how people shouldn't just judge other generations (specifically Gen Z and millennials), but should instead try to understand their behaviour and learn from it:

"My advice to you is to study it [the behaviour]. Study it right now. Don’t try to make sense oft it. Don’t question it. Don’t try to make it fit into your world. Simply try to understand it. Doing so opens the door to alternative perspectives, which can lead to meaningful insights. And, this allows you to make decisions about the future without letting your predispositions or assumptions lead you in fallacious directions."

Latest post.. In your opinion, what role will social media play for #CSR and #sustainability over the next years?
The emergence of social media has disrupted the field of CSR and sustainability, but it has also offered many new opportunities to create business value.
