I've been there twice. I don't think I'd go back. Not sure how come it is so overrated. Pizza is nothing special at all, lack of quality ingredients. And overpriced as well. By an Italian.

While the number of pizze on the menu may seem overwhelming the quality of ingredients and delicately refined compositions will make your visit worthwhile. Expect between €15-20 for a pizza and €25+ for at bottle of wine. A personal favorite is the Carpaccio pizza with raw meat, wild mushrooms, balsamico glace and truffle cream. Perfect. The décor is a weird fusion between american diner meets art deco lacking a cozy atmosphere and that's the only reason Il Campionissimo doesn't get 5 stars.

Great pizzas that you will find nowhere else (more than 100, but you can not ask to change anything). They were second at the world pizza championship, and you can taste it!

Plus sa va et plus la qualité de leurs pizzas baisse... Et le prix augmente! Une fortune! Le succès ne leur réussit pas, on dirait. Quand bien même, parfois, de plus en plus rarement, la saveur première de leurs pizzas revient et là c'est un moment exquis. Mais la plupart du temps, la recette ne fonctionne pas. Et si vous avez le malheur de vous plaindre du jambon en carton pâte, de la roquette mal assaisonnée, du fromage d'assez basse qualité ou d'autres crèmes de champignons ou chutney de figue surabondants et sortis d'une boite carrefour (il faut l'avouer et j'ai pu le constater moi même, et surtout n'espérez pas avoir sur vos pizzas le moindre élément non sorti d'une boite, pour ça il faut aller ailleurs), le gentil sourire de la patronne ou du patron laissera place aux plus glaciales remarques : ici le client n'est roi que lorsqu'il félicite! Et quand il est déçu, il n'est plus le client qu'Il campionissimo respecte. Il n'est plus qu'un parmi d'autres. Bon appétit dans cette usine!
