Loved the chicken but the only downfall was the lemon lentil soup. Too sour. But overall great food and service

Mmmmm, will travel for great quality Arabic food---finally! the only negatives (before all the positives): all their raw juices are HEAVY fruit-based, none are just veggies or even mostly veggies. Also, the digital menu can be hard to navigate for new people (I like flipping through a menu easily) or those not up-to-times with Tablets. Being from Dearborn, I grew up on Arabic food. Compared to all the local places I've eaten at, where the quality of Arabic food is inconsistent (usually not a priority), this place was a home run! Another decent place is La Marsa (Grand River & Drake), but this place is better! started with great hummus! good pita bread-freshly baked :) garlic dip is super fresh & tasty, as are the fries, greek salad, mozarella sticks too! chicken kabob sandwich was perfect size, good quality chicken that didn't leave us sluggish after, with good fillings (bell peppers, lettuce, tomato, garlic sauce) We'll be back...soon!

If you've got a cranky woman who says, "YOU NEVER TAKE ME ANYWHERE FANCY," then you should definitely bring her here. The atmosphere of this restaurant is top notch and the price of the food won't snap your wallet in half. I should be able to ignore my wife for another 3 months now. Thanks Ike's!

I have been to IKES several times. They have the best price, best food and offer plenty of vegetarian food. Very nice and clean place. The service is also excellent. A very friendly upscale place to eat. Any trip to Detroit is not complete without visiting this place.

It has a great contemporary atmosphere, very classy. The waitstaff seemed as though they were not well trained although they were very nice. Ordered the Baba-Ganoush and it was not what we expected. Hubby said it look liked vomit lol!, but it was tasty (yes I am more adventurous than he). The food was good and portions well sized. I especially like the cheesecake and warm bread. The restaurant was very cold (A/C up too high) and they promptly turned it down, which I thought was pretty nice. Prices were a little high, but the quality seemed worth it. Not the place if you like traditional American fare...all seemed quite authentically mediteranian.

I have been going to Ike's since they opened. Over the years, I have left the state for college and moved away. Every time I come home, the first meal I beg for is Ike's! They have the best tabouli and hommus you will ever taste, along with delcious kibbee and chicken kabobs. I have lived in many different states with lebanese restaurants nearby and none compare to the quality and taste of Ike's!
