Gosch, Gosch, Gosch, We love our Bob Gosch! One of our favorite snowbirds is flying back home for the Summer but not before gaining 3lbs of muscle and losing 2% body fat! We'll miss seeing his smiling face but can't wait to see him again in the fall!!!

Put a dollar in a jar every time you work out. Set a goal like $100 and treat yourself when you reach it.

We trust everyone made it into the fitness center over the weekend! Were you able to accomplish the goals that you set for yourself last week? Try adding some extra cardiovascular exercise to your day today. If you can't find the extra time to add it into the fitness center then while you are at work today, get out of your chair once every hour and go for a walk down the hallway, or park further away from the main entrance of the building or just simply take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Do you currently keep a log of your workouts? It may be easier to keep track of your progress if you are recording what exercises you perform, with the amount of weight and number of sets.
