The Lakon cockpits do all look very similar. At a guess this was a type 6.

This is the most fun i've had in a fight for ages! One silly mistake ended what would have been a fantastic tale of survival against the odds

BBC version: Elite and frontier: Dangerous. Didn't play the others. Think I might have grown up temporarily... glad that's back yo normal! :-)

Does anyone else recall flying the Panther Clipper? I seem to remember accelerating away from pursuers, have them drop in behind me and then hitting the reverse thrust. Real flight dynamics resulted in them having nowhere to go... apart from up against my big fat rear...shields! Who needs lasers.

The Meet Zero event:

A few of your favourite G+ pilots met yesterday to demonstrate some advanced tactics and teamwork.

Well done all. Not a single loss and lots of fun!

Introduction
I have two fantastic children and a wonderful wife, I feel lucky to have what I do.  I feel strongly about all the injustice in the world, The rich nations of the world should not just do more, but should lead by example by means of inclusion, tolerance, equality, education and healthcare. The NHS (please give it more money so it can afford those costy treatments) is the best thing Britian invented.

In my spare time I enjoy messing with linux and other open source projects (especially mono)

First thing you should do is go down to reception and book your seats on the bus to the beach for the whole of your stay, if you leave it too long you wont get a chance and the hotel is quite far from the sea. Felisia beach is a must! buy yourself a sunshade and spike! The food is good, some dishes were surprisingly good, our two small children really enjoyed choosing their dinner from the hot plates. It isn't the poshest' hotel in the world but has a good basic standard. Arrive with the expectation that things will be generally ok.
