I almost forgot to add these photos from our day out at Avoncroft museum in Bromsgrove. A couple of photos are of Jack starting a fire!

This area of Spain is filled with beautiful castles and architecture. Castillo de la Atalaya is a beautiful castle, set in the town of Villena. Dating back to the 11th century, this castle stands tall and proud, lit up perfectly against the night sky.
I'm looking to go back there soon to visit the nearby Castilo Sax.

KRS ONE brought hip hop to the O2 Institute in Birmingham last night. Stood right in front of the speaker stack my poor head is still shaking and my phone's mic was almost blown! Top show! 😎

Haha. I pushed right to the front at the start of the night and didn't move as I've waited 28 years to see him! The place was packed.

I had the great pleasure of meeting WolvesFC and England legend Steve Bull. My wife got this photo of us for me to remember the evening.

Cheeky madam. What about the proper one? Maybe not - my hands were shaking so that's all blurry :0) It was a fab night though.

Time for our annual trek to somewhere a lot warmer than the UK. The south coast of Spain provided the heat - mid-30C every single day and not much cooler by night.

These are our snaps which mainly consist of swimming in the pool, diving in the pool, swimming underwater in the pool, swimming with sea-lions, and finally, swimming in the sea.

After wrestling with ways to lose weight I have started with the shakes and bars from http://www.gofigurediet.com/ I'm really enjoying them and feeling far fuller after meals.

I booked for my son and myself to swim with the sea lions and we absolutely loved it.

My favourite time to go is before 10:30 on a Sunday morning as the showings are almost always nice and quiet.

A good number and selection of slides make for a great fun day. On the day we went they were very busy and slides had queues of around 20 minutes, nothing too long.

I saw KRS-ONE in the open plan gig room. A fantastic gig but the door staff were not the best.
