Nicky Case wrote a great article about effective ways of convincing others to change their behavior. I particularly appreciated the section about empathy and compassion.
We're doing it wrong. Doing what wrong? The way we, activists and storytellers, seem to go about trying to change peoples' minds: by more or less just telling them “you're doing it wrong”. And to be fair, I used to...

Introduction
I am a nerd in just about every sense of the word. My closest companions are my computers, I have forgotten more about Star Wars than most people ever know, and I have an addiction to video games.
That said, I still enjoy being outdoors and I have been in the Boy Scouts since 1st grade. I am an Eagle Scout and I have worked at a Cub Scout Camp since 2010.

Relatively small museum, but they manage to pack in a lot of information into the space. The audio tour helps give structure to a visit, and if you have a mobile device it is available for free. We managed to get in free (not sure why, but we suspect it is because we went after 5pm).

There are two factors that determine how much one will enjoy a museum: personal interest in the subject, and the way the information is presented. Vasa earns top marks on both. The whole museum is dedicated to a ship that sank in Stockholm harbor in 1628, and was raised and preserved in the 1970s. The museum is designed masterfully: the ship itself is visible from almost every exhibit, no matter what floor you are on. Every time I thought I had seen all there was, the next floor would surprise me with new information and a new angle from which to see the Vasa.

Clean, friendly staff, well situated. It is very small (the kitchen in particular is quite cramped) but for the price they charge I can't complain.

Very nice theater for the price! Comfortable seats, good sound. I was surprised to find that they charge extra for popcorn flavoring.
