I've also removed Aperture from my toolbar. For a long time now the muscle memory (and I'll admit laziness) has kept me from fully embracing Lightroom, but now that I've removed the obvious crutch hopefully I'll be more optimistic about LIghtroom.
On a positive note I'm liking the tools in Lightroom on a whole better than Aperture. And the newly added panorama and HDR tools are quite good. I've imported my latest set taken at Crater Lake and am pretty happy with the initial import and previews, and a quickly made pano.
