Welcome the new year 2017 with a special prayer, meditation, spiritual calling .. Not only for yourself, but for peace and spiritual well being of your loved ones, departed souls or just general well being for the residents of Greater Chicago. We are planning to chant 2 million Holy names through out the day on new year, January 1st 2017. Come help us achieve this goal of chanting 2 million Holy Names or more!

7 AM - 4:30 PM: Come anytime and chant with us. Your numbers will count towards the goal
10:30 AM - 2:30 PM: Delicious lunch / snacks available for purchase

The scriptures state that chanting of the Holy Name (Nama Yajna) is most powerful and the only means of achieving success.

kaler dosa-nidhe rajann
asti hy eko mahan gunah
kirtanad eva krsnasya mukta-sangah param vrajet
krte yad dhyayato visnum tretayam yajato makhaih
dvapare paricaryayam kalau tad dhari-kirtanat

"My dear King, although Kali-yuga is an ocean of faults, there is still one good quality about this age: Simply by chanting the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra, one can become free from material bondage and be promoted to the transcendental kingdom."

"Whatever result was obtained in Satya-yuga by meditating on Viṣṇu, in Tretā-yuga by performing sacrifices, and in Dvāpara-yuga by serving the Lord’s lotus feet can be obtained in Kali-yuga simply by chanting the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra." (Srimad Bhagavatam 12.3.51-52)
