It truly had that off the beaten path "Inn" atmosphere and caring service. The staff made one feel truly welcome. WiFi signal was excellent. In many ways reminded me of the best New England inns I so enjoy.

For the money, and closeness to the airport, I love this place. The rooms all overlook the bay, the top floor rooms at least all have gas fireplaces and a continental breakfast is served in your room. My only complaints are of the artwork (rather odd, but this is however San Francisco), and the breakfast will not come before 7am, so if you have an early flight, you are out of luck.

I always seek out the non brand hotels.. and I found The Inn to be as expected... Awesome. The staff was excellent, available and accommodating. Nice views of the marina and the bay. Nice bar, great breakfast, huge room. The bed was very comfortable (500ct linens), bay window, huge desk. The WiFi had a great signal, everything worked! I totally recomend this hotel. No matter how hard the big brand hotels try, they are still "cookie cutter operations". This place was like staying with old friends.

Awesome Place to Stay We were able to stay here for our anniversary vacation. The hotel is really cool the rooms are awesome, we had a fire place in our room, a desk, two chairs facing the three windows which faced the lake. It was very soothing to get our complimentary breakfast and sit and watch the sun rise. We had an awesome I Home alarm clock and a kuerig coffee maker, they also provide you with coffee and tea pods to make warm drinks. The Staff was very friendly, we had a very quite room, they also had a refrigerator that doubled as a mini bar, the prices could have been a little cheaper for the mini bar. The complimentary breakfast was always delivered exactly on time every morning. We had an awesome time there, we would definitely come back next time.
