I would give to the residence a 7.5/10. I live in the north part of the residence but I have found more helpful people at the south office. Nathalie is a very nice woman, always smiling, helpful and very professional. I had been less lucky with the north office. I have been in this residence for more than a year and since IMT took over the management many things had changed. Although you will be treat respectfully, they prioritize the "futur residents". If you really need to have a fast answer from the north office don't show your keys when you arrived. Better to act like a new resident each time you're going to the office. After my apartment is very nice, I haven't had many problems with my unit. The residence is very calm. My only problem is that IMT increased my rent although the north office is less efficient than before. I cannot justify in any way this augmentation. Business is business!

Awesome place! Access to 2 clubhouses and pools, dog park and wash station. Stephanie rocks! I feel the 1 star reviews are based on the entitlement epidemic that is sweeping the nation. Great staff!

It's rediculous how many people are complaing about the towing..every place in austin tows. We have happily lived her for 2 years! We have never been towed. Its easy not to get towed if you park where you're supposed to. The staff has always been helpful and very friendly! Never once rude. Great place! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Let me save you some time.... DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Parking is horrendous! Your car will get towed even with a permit! The management staff is completely rude! They will come up with all these fees when you go to move out! I am in the process of paying my last months rent and they are coming up with all these "fees" and charges. They refuse to show you any bill related to these charges! It's ridiculous. This was my 6th apartment to rent and let me tell you it was by far the worst I've ever had the unpleasant opportunity to come into contact with! They said my last payment to them was 200 for prorated rent and then they started tacking on all these additional fees and charges and pull out the contract and stick you with it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Read the reviews... We have ALL had a bad experience (the residents writing the bad reviews)

At first we were skeptical about living at IMT SouthPark because of all the bad reviews it has received. We decided to try our luck, because we really liked the price and cute interior and exterior and we couldn't be more ecstatic! The management and staff have incredible and super helpful. Maintenance is very friendly and have fixed anything we needed to be done in a timely manner. Gwen was our leasing agent she was amazing and went above and beyond to help us find an apartment that met all of our needs. All of the staff have been great, went in to activate key so we could gain access to the second gym and was helped quickly. They are always super friendly and answer any questions we have, we still get treated the same as when we first met them when we hadn't signed anything. The new management is clearly trying to fix any concerns that current residents have with parking issues and making sure only residents and residents guest are allowed at the pool by providing new parking stickers and pool wristbands. We have not had a single problem finding a parking spot even late at night. The apartment complex is very clean and well taken care of, we see the pool getting cleaned and the grass being cut regularly. I would highly reccommend this place to anyone.

I've lived in this complex for going on two years now. I had to move from my last unit due to a roach infestation caused by roaches not being killed 2 floors above me. Roaches moved down the wall and took over everything. They even got into my appliances, a brand new keurig was made home to tons of baby roaches. I moved to a new building and after a couple months of being here the roaches have infested my apartment yet again. I was told it was my doing from bringing them when I moved my stuff. Pest control has come but the problem is getting worse. My brand new keurig yet again will have to be tossed. They are everywhere. Anyone else having a bug issue? If so, have you found anything that has helped get rid of them. I feel so defeated having to deal with disgusting problem yet again.
