Hypnotherapy combines therapy with hypnosis, guiding you to use the power of your subconscious mind to take control of your life and accomplish your goals. A well trained hypnotherapist can help you deal with problems ranging from fears to fibromyalgia.

I’m Ava Evans, a Certified Hypnotherapist practicing in Los Angeles, California. Using proven techniques, I can help you achieve the life you want to live – a life free of fear, anxiety, stress, self-sabotage, chronic pain, procrastination, insomnia, and bad habits - a life where you can perform at your peak. Together we can work to help you overcome depression, grief, sadness, passive-aggressive behavior, and stresses both financial and personal. With over 30 years of experience and study in the fields of health, healing, and psychology, I use a variety of techniques including hypnosis and other therapeutic techniques like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognitive Behavior, Psych-K, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Authentic Reiki, and Therapeutic Imagery to help you reach your highest potential. It is my mission and my passion to use hypnosis to help you move from the life you have to the life you choose! From my comforting offices in West Los Angeles, Encino and Tarzana I serve the Woodland Hills, Agoura, Pasadena, Glendale, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica areas. I also work with clients all over the world by phone. I’ll be with you every step of the way, no matter how long it takes. With every session, you’ll leave happier, calmer, more relaxed and in control. You’ll also leave with something more – 1) techniques and exercises you can use at home, and (2) a custom-made recording for you to use at home.
