Are you a caregiver of a child who has had surgery for #hydrocephalus and is currently 17 years old or younger? If so, we invite you to complete a short survey about symptoms your child experienced during his/her last shunt, ETV, or ETV-CPC failure.
This survey is voluntary and will take about 5 minutes to complete.
