Wow, I’ve never been closer to Content Shock. Every day I read, skim, share, and recommend dozens if not hundreds of articles — from Medium, LinkedIn, blogs, and media outlets. Some I find on twitt...

It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to start a business, lose weight, write a book, or achieve any number of goals… who you are, what you have, and what you know right now is good enough to get going. We all start in the same place: no money, no resources, no contacts, no experience. The difference is that some people — the winners — choose to start anyway.

Some really awesome life changing quotes in the post. I'm looking forward to know more about Richard Branson.

Normally, I check 404 by adding it in the end .com/404 to see if any website is is redirecting cuztomise & helpful page or just blank page.

But, I came across few sites who doesn't re-direct. Instead, they show homepage. What does that mean? Do they have 404 or not?

+Hyderali Shaikh just one more tip. It's not really common, but watch out for pages that return one HTTP code for a HEAD request and a different one for a GET request. I've seen that happen with 404 pages.

<p>A few weeks ago, I joined Mike Volpe, CMO of Hubspot, on the Growth Show where we had a great time talking about a few SaaS topics. A few listeners to the podcast picked a line from that podcast that I think is a really important point for content marketing. I said, "Content is one of the few forms of marketing that has a compounding return."</p><img src="http://tomtunguz.com/images/pdf_blog_traffic.png" width=100%/>

A New Google Ranking Algorithm?

According to http://www.newscientist.com/article/mg22530102.600-google-wants-to-rank-websites-based-on-facts-not-links.html#.VPLTqMutvqD, it's coming soon:

"Instead of counting incoming links, the system – which is not yet live – counts the number of incorrect facts within a page. "A source that has few false facts is considered to be trustworthy," says the team."

Here's the paper on which the article is based http://arxiv.org/abs/1502.03519v1

"We call the trustworthiness score we computed Knowledge-Based Trust (KBT). On synthetic data, we show that our method can reliably compute the true trustworthiness levels of the sources. We then apply it to a database of 2.8B facts extracted from the web, and thereby estimate the trustworthiness of 119M webpages. Manual evaluation of a subset of the results confirms the effectiveness of the method."

Google have reverted the Blogger Content Policy to their original that allows adult content, including images and videos. I'm sharing this publicly to thank Google for realising that human sexuality is normal and should not be censored.

Adult Content: We do allow adult content on Blogger, including images or videos that contain nudity or sexual activity. If your blog contains adult content, please mark it as 'adult' in your Blogger settings. We may also mark blogs with adult content where the owners have not. All blogs marked as 'adult' will be placed behind an 'adult content' warning interstitial. If your blog has a warning interstitial, please do not attempt to circumvent or disable the interstitial - it is for everyone’s protection.

There are some exceptions to our adult content policy:

Do not use Blogger as a way to make money on adult content. For example, don't create blogs that contain ads for or links to commercial porn sites. We do not allow illegal sexual content, including image, video or textual content that depicts or encourages rape, incest, bestiality, or necrophilia.Do not post or distribute private nude or sexually explicit images or videos without the subject’s consent. If someone has posted a private nude or sexually explicit image or video of you, please report it to us here.

Thank you to +Isaac Clerencia for notifying me.

38% of respondents believed word of mouth references from their existing customers was the most successful channel to get new business. Another 23% of respondents found content marketing profitable while less than 8% of customers came from social media like Facebook and Twitter. Adwords (that is deemed expensive) and direct marketing (includes email marketing and cold calls) roped in around 15% of customers each.

I’ve been wondering about this and maybe you have, too, so I’ve decided to crack that nut with the power of my (digital) pen. It’s funny when you think about it — you just know a person is a though...

Passionate about SEO/SEM/SMO/Analytics. Movie/Food Critic & Lover. Struggling Copywriter. Part-Time Book Reader. Loves Good Music. Keep Calm & Keep Smiling :)
Introduction
Hey there,

I'm Hyder & currently working in Concept Digital which is a digital agency where I'm working as a Digital Marketing Analyst.

There is nothing special about me to know. I was very lazy kind of person, but not anymore. I'm very passionate about SEO/SMO/SEM/Analytics & my world revolves around keywords, on-page & off-page.

Apart from that I'm a big foodie & looking forward to start reviewing restaurant in & around my city, mumbai. Not fond of any special kind of food. I eat whatever tastes good.

I'm not a good copywriter but tried my hands into it & wrote some post on SEO. You can find them under Contribute section. And thinking to write more not only on SEO but on some other topic also.

Not only eating but also reading & watching movies is my another passion. You can find my profile at GoodReads. Never thought that I'll be reading books so passionately. I'd finished reading more than 100 books & will keep on reading.

Movies is what I feel am very attached to. I started watching Hollywood movies from my childhood only. Horror films are my favorite genre. But started watching action, drama, thriller, animated, comedy & crime also. I never get tired of watching movies.

You can check out my IMDB profile where I'd watched some 300+ movies. I also watch Bollywood movies but only of renowned directors & actors. So, thinking to start reviewing them also & help people to recommend whether their favorite movie is trash or smash.

My advice (usually i don’t give advice but read it if you are not busy) to all there.

“No one knows what you can do until you tries it”

“Don’t depend on others. Make your own decision”

“Always be positive”

Thanks for reading my bio :)

Take Care and Enjoy!
