The best Hotel I've been to in Trinidad. Every single member of staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. As it was m first visit there I received a upgrade from Sea view room to a room with a balcony and a city and sea view. The room was very clean and maintained. Only issues I had were that the A/C was not cooling properly and the bed and pillows were too soft for my liking. But that's just my preference. The restaurant is a bit pricy but the buffet breakfast was great.

Nice hotel near the ministeries. Good if you have business with the government. Exec lounge is so-so but has a nice selection during happy hour and a relatively nice view. Lounge area is good, prices are high.

Regular international visitor since 5 years, until today very statisfied. Friendly staff, good food, clean gym and room. Location could not be better as you are directly at the main road , which for me as a business person makes it an ease to communted rather in POS or else inside the country. I stay here roughly 1 week each month.

From beginning to end the attentiveness to guests is what makes staying here a brilliant experience. From the champagne flute greetings by the door persons, to the friendliness and accommodating nature of the manager, the Hyatt was a pleasure to stay at. Not to mention the first rate sushi bar, dining room, snack bar, infinity pool, fitness area, and spa being superior to many Toronto hotels that call themselves 5 star. Our room was clean and first class with feather pillows, down duvets, rain shower heads, a flat screen tv, wi-fi service, and had an awesome view of the port. For my birthday a free bottle of white wine was brought to my room. I can't say enough about this place. We were given a rate of $187/night, and then had it reduced to $167/night for the weekend by the manager. Their large party room had an event going on by RBC bank with local artist Kes the Band and we were able to get in and check out the sound in the space. Highly recommended for a large wedding reception. We will always be staying here when we visit Trinidad from now on.

Recently stayed here over spring break, it was my first time visiting T&T. The hotel was very nice, clean, organized and modern. Breakfast by the water was fantastic and relaxing. We also did a couples massage and it was well worth the money. Miss it already!
