Parts/ Service A+. Bought a used travel trailer in Mesquite Holiday world. It had an issue with the blackwater gauge reading full no matter how much was in the tank. We didn't catch it during the walk through. We went camping 2 weeks later and discovered it. They fixed the issue no questions asked. No hassle. Freddie in Parts is incredible. We had an awning part we needed and it was a factory only unit installed for my brand of trailer. No one sells parts for it except for authorized distributors. Freddie got my part to me in 4 days. Again, A+

my dealings with the sales department was the worst ever I went in and gave them a deposit to hold the unit i was wanting then came back the next day to sign papers as i then found out that i was told things that were not true so at this time I was done dealing with them and asked for my checks back then the finance manger told me I wound not get my money for 4 months they were very rude when i backed out of the deal very poor business they do not even deserve one star

My wife and I purchased a RV and we are hoping and praying that the services are repaired on it. The customer service was excellent prior to our purchase. The service after the purchase has been less than desirable. I'm hopeful that things work out, after all, my wife and I were looking forward to traveling, especially since the passing of her father. Traveling has become very therapeutic for her.

Connie Self was very helpful. We explaned to her what we wanted she showed us exactly what we were looking for and bought it the very next day. will be back to see her if we ever need any thing at all. we went camping had a question called Connie she answered it with no trouble. Service dept. very good also as was all of their staff. We will go back to them.

My names rick. Big mike was really good to me. But I thought Bryant. In financing lied to me they took 1000.00 to hold while he ran my credit. After 3 weeks and 11 hard hits to my credit. He then tells me no good. But during this 3 week cycle he would not tell me this nor return my phone calls. So I ask for my 1000.00 back and still have not seen it. I have reported this to discover they say they will handle it . Now listen folks on a Friday I gave my info to southern rv in tyler tx to Kent that next Monday I was approved. For a bigger camper and no restrictions. Southern rv is were u should go . Bryant 20th holiday world will tell u over and over again it..... it will be today are tomorrow. .. but the hole time he's sent your info to someone else to run it. Trust me call Kent at Southern rv

Got you phone message today, which prompted me to give you feedback on my experience purchasing and having a Husky hitch installed. Your service staff was under a fair amount of stress when I arrived. The person who organizes the service work was out sick, and the brand new service manager was pretty frantic trying to get a handle on things. It was pretty clear to me in a short time that you had hired the right guy for that job. He took care of us right away and had us back on the road in no time at all. Everyone on the staff there were very pleasant and helpful. So that's the positive. I have a minor concern as to the setting on my new hitch. The installation seemed to be perfect, but I'm not sure the hitch was set right. Seemed the front end of my truck rode too high, but I got home without a problem. After getting home I went through the setup process myself. Found a level spot at the local school yard and did all the measurements. I reset the hitch one hole higher on the truck and one hole higher on the spring bars. Also added one washer to the ball adjustment. After that the front of the truck was slightly lower than the rear. Since I'm new to this type of hitch, I didn't trust that I had done the setup correctly. So I took the truck to Bullyan RV in Duluth, MN. Asked their service manager to check what I had done. His opinion was that the hitch was set right. I don't want to cause a problem for the person who did the work on my truck's hitch. Setting these hitches isn't that easy, and your people were in a stressful situation. Under more favorable circumstances your service manager could have checked the setup before I left. I was able to return home without incident. We will be returning to Texas. Should I need the services of Holiday World, I won't hesitate to come back.

OVER CHARGED -by $353.00 ......I took our motorhome in on Friday afternoon because the house door wouldn't open --after a brief look and check the mechanic said he had never seen this problem . In good faith I left the motorhome to be fixed, giving instructions to Julian to fix it for $100.00 . Their mechanic was kind enough to bring me home we live in the same town . On the way home I discovered they weren't open on Saturday and I would have to wait until Monday. They replaced the lock as the older one was "broken'. when I arrived to pick up the motorhome the bill was $353.00 === not the $100,00 they were authorized .. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY WORK _ BIG RIP OFF.
