Cross functional teams are more than a bunch of people with varied skills huddled together. They need to be able to leverage those skills for the team. It's more about the dance than just getting them together on stage. #agile #Scrum

#agile is not a silver bullet. It was never meant to be. Like everything else it solves a certain class of problems. Attempts to find a unified theory there will be in vain :)

Don't ask leaders what #metrics or #KPI they want to use. Ask them what outcomes they want to predict and what decisions they will have to make to achieve those outcomes. #lean #Agile

A culture of mutual accountability where partners agree to be held responsible for the commitments that they made voluntarily to each other sounds far more pull than where teams are 'empowered'. Responsibility is taken not given. #agile #systemsthinking

Empowerment requires teams to pull responsibility. This needs the environment to have the optimum hygiene and motivation factors. They are never perfect but just sloganeering won't get you too far with it. #agile #systemsthinking
