My wife and I started taking walks at lunch time, in order to help get back in shape. On one of the paths we take, there is a small man made pond by a housing area. We've seen this guy sunning himself in that pond several times now. This photo was from today's walk.

Having Lunch

I shot this candid photo in our local Bob Evans restaurant yesterday. I love seeing people enjoying themselves.

Madeline and I took a tour of Flagler College in St. Augustine this past Saturday, and I really loved the interior of the main dome. By the way, all of the gold looking stuff in this photo really is gold (leaf). Henry Flagler pulled out all the stops for this place!

I was in the office working when Madeline told me about the hawk sitting on the privacy fence behind our house. Since the privacy fence is only eight feet behind the house, I grabbed my 6D + 24-105mm lens and took a series of shots. This one is my favorite.

This past Saturday, my wife and I were walking along the Avenida Menendez in St. Augustine, and saw this lonely Hibiscus bush. The flower, with traffic behind it, made a compelling picture.

The one and only bloom on our Christmas Cactus. I took the photo this morning. We haven't had a decent cold snap this year, so the blooming is going to be late.

We woke up to another foggy morning today. I quickly grabbed my X100T and went out front in search of a good subject for today's spider web photo. It's amazing how many webs you can see when they are covered in mist or dew. The sun was starting to break over the trees when I found this one.

While putting the garbage and recyclables out on the end of the driveway this morning, I spotted this small spiderweb in the grass, still covered with dew...
