From my "Unfocused" series where I try to impart the 'essence' of a thing without the details.

One of the greatest keyboardists (if you ask me) along with one of the greatest drummers. And, yes, I like Lake too!!

I recently discovered the music of the great JJ Cale who wrote songs that were made famous by Eric Clapton and Lynyrd Skynyrd among others. He wrote After Midnight, Cocaine and Call Me The Breeze. Here he does some of these along with Clapton!

It has been a little while since I posted one of my shots.  This one is from sunrise over Lake Arthur last weekend.  Was really amazing to be there.

Somehow or other, I recently started to listen to some old Rhythm And Blues music. After all, that's what started the British Invasion.

Anyway, I recently listened to a album of Eric Clapton and B B King together and really liked it, which got me started listening to some BB King. This is one of my favorites from what I have heard so far.

An oldie, and perhaps a bit obscure, but one I really like by Edie Brickell and the New Bohemians. As an aside, Edie is Paul Simon's wife.

I just finished processing this one.  It is an unnamed falls in Hocking Hills.  You take your shot of the big Cedar Falls and then turn around and walk up a couple of rocks to the right before you get to the main landing for Cedar Falls and there this is. I'm betting it more or less disappears when the water level gets low, but it was there when we got the chance to visit.
