It's throwback Thursday so I've been musing over my last finished project, my skull corset. (Blog post here - https://www.corsettraining.net/finishedmakingcorsetpatterncricut-3/ ) I've worn it a few times and I love the shape, it's a little flimsy being a single layer corset. It's a fair bit smaller than my waist so tightening it puts a lot of pressure on the eyelets at the back. I have picked up the pattern a few times and started tweaking it to finesse the shape around the back muffin top area (basically to add extra squash to the muffin top lol) I still want to have a go at creating a single layer corset for everyday wear, maybe just reinforcing the very back panel with a second layer. I just love how soft and easy to move in a single layer is. I also want to crack on with the pantie pattern I got so excited about a few months ago. My soft fitting (fitting without the bones), for my cricut cut corset pattern. You can see how well it fits me! This was originally going to be a mockup (made with good fabric on account of testing the cricut cutter). Thank goodness it fits after all that faffing with bleach!
