Do not go to this hotel . This hotel really really sucks and their manager Cedric is very rude . We arrived at 12am and was advised to park on the side street. In the morning , the side window of our car was smashed and GPS was stolen . They didn't even give a damn as to what happened . They don't care . They will not compensate us for anything at all !! They claim it's not their responsibility . Their manager Cedric is very condescending !!

I really liked the hotel. The room was nice and loved that it had a little kitchenette. Everything was clean and the hotel is situated close to the Latin Quarter, the Gay Village and shopping further up on Rue Sainte-Catherine. They also have onsite parking which isn't too expensive compared to other hotels in major cities. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean simple and in a good location to explore the old Town, rue Berri, boulevard St. Laurent and the weekend fun of St. Catherine Street. Ignore breakfast and head for local patisserie if you can.

For a fall/winter trip to Montreal this hotel offers basic accommodations, but is clean and the staff are friendly. Have stayed multiple times as having a kitchen is great and the buffet breakfast is decent. Cheap and totally worth it. If you want superb comfort, stay at a higher-end place

Before I even got there, they were very helpful in accommodating me. I wasn't able to make it the day of check-in but they were able to move it to the next day without charging me a fee. The hotel is in a great location, less than a block away from the Berri- UQAM station that has 3 subway lines connected to it so you can head off in any direction you choose. Many stores and restaurants are close by that you can just walk to and the hotel is about 15 minutes, walking distance, away from Old Montreal. I don't even see the need to rent a car unless you plan on going really far. I must point out that the particular street where the hotel is located is really dirty, with trash all over, it smells and is poorly lit. The room was a nice size for 2 people. Great firm queen bed, a small but fully equipped kitchen, closet, desk, wall mounted TV, and a large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was more than I expected. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, toast, and more. This hotel has all the things you need to make your stay comfortable. But if you prefer to stay in the hotel more than going outside, I'm sure there are better hotels that have more entertainment. I would certainly come back here again.

Nothing special. Modest room. Poor selection of channels on the TV. Low water pressure in the shower. Decent free breakfast selection. Hotel's location is the best part. Good for sleeping and showering, not much else.

The only reason I give this 2 stars is the location --- very convenient to Metro. Otherwise it was a miserable experience from rude staff, mismanaged bookings, and a cleaning staff that did as little as possible. I didn't expect much given the price but I was honestly surprised at how bad an experience we had. NOTE -- not all rooms have microwave or refrigerator despite the website stating otherwise. Cleaning staff will not sweep your floor so the longer the stay, the grungier it gets. Would I stay there again? Nope.

I was scammed. I booked a room under $100 but the total with taxes was not given. When I checked out, suddenly the room was $215. Last I knew, taxes aren't that high.
