Absolutely love this hotel! This is my first time in Portland and love it here. The hotel staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. They greet me by name each time I enter & leave the lobby. The room is very clean and spacious (premier king). Location is excellent. I will definitely stay here in my future travels back to Portland!!!

Excellent Dog friendly hotel. We where having open houses and needed to bring our dogs with us for a night. We where looking for a pet friendly local hotel. Katie was excellent accommodating us since we have three not two. I must say I have stayed at Hilton , Marriott and Beverly Hills Hotel this hotel out performs all of them. The employees here are excellent freindly happy people. They made their make it so policy flawless. The rooms are clean well stocked with every thing you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable. If your looking for security and privacy they do a great job with this as well. Their room service is prompt excellent and reasonably priced. The shower was wonderful ample hot water and pressure was just right. What a great hotel with great staff. They should make the five star list for the service and additudes alone.

The Mallory used to be one of my favorite destinations in Portland. Since it has become the DeLuxe it has fallen off dramatically. The bar in particularly has lost it's charm. They use to employ knowledgeable friendly bartenders and friendly servers which attracted a sophisticated clientele but now they have rude bartenders and zero servers. I am sad at the loss \ but will NEVER return to this once fine business.

Such a great place. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff are always very friendly and the classic Hollywood theme is a lot of fun.

The food and service were great. Best catered food I've had at a professional event. The chairs were uncomfortable for an all day event. There was an intermittent high pitched sound from the kitchen that made it tough to understand speakers.

We were in the screening room for a 50th anniversary party, service was great, food not so much I had the risotto, which was really just a rice dish. It did have that wonderful creaminess risotto should have. The men's bathroom was out of order so they had to go upstairs to a room. The first time they went they walked in on someone in the bath

Really great vibe here! Love all the colors and personality. We only stayed one night during a road trip, but Anthony at reception made sure we got treated like VIPs during our short stay. Definitely will be back!

Not sure why the room was so expensive... Very small room with a queen bed and a super small bathroom. Ordered 12 dollar ice cream that tasted like a bucket of salt. When we first got there, the blonde at the front desk was not friendly, she didn't smile and talked super fast I could barely understand what she was saying. Very pretty when you first walk in though and the room service guy was friendly. Other than that, total waste of my minimum wage money... Worked a month just to afford the room for one night..
