Nice hotel but a few points away from being so much better! You have to pay for the fridge in the room as it's locked with a key..yes you heard right! Pay for safe, pay for fresh orange juice at breakfast even though we paid for half board! No kettle available at reception! The reason we booked hotel was because it advertised a 'heated pool' yet the pool was absolutely freezing, reason why nobody was in it! A pity as it's quiet a decent hotel in a good location but the meaness of them points won't do it any favours.

Nowhere near a 4 star hotel. The building is shabby and dated, rooms aren't of a 4 star quality either. Bit disappointing that you have to pay extra to use the fridge, which is already in the room anyway, but kept locked! You also have to pay extra for the Wifi, and the room safe. More annoyingly there is no iron available, you have to pay the laundry service, which takes 24 hours, not practical when they force you to wear trousers (which have probably been screwed up in your suitcase!) in the dinner room. Thompson give this 5T's and advertise it as platinum, they must have never have been here! In all fairness though the staff are nice 😀.

I am 84 years old and the room we were given overlooked the road and indeed was very very near to the road_ no view and lots of noise. We complained and were promised a better room but in two days time. Living out of a suitcase for two days of a weeks holiday is not good!! The room we were moved to was excellent. The food was equally excellent, the hotel was immaculate and the staff could not do enough. But our experience of the first two days totally spoilt my holiday I would not go. Back

Not been on holiday in 10 Years - so we treated ourselves to this fantastic hotel, the quality of the hotel matches the photos that are shown on the Web. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Rooms are good with a fridge and safe but both do carry a small charge. Wifi also is chargeable it is best to pay for the week as this makes more of a saving. The evening entertainment is held outside near the main pool and was made up of two acts (The Blue Brothers where my favourite) . Only a short walk down to the beach then you can walk to your heart's content all the way to Los Christianos on a paved walkway stopping at the shops and cafe's/restaurants.

We stayed in Bahia Princess adeje Tenneriffe and booked it through thompsons . The hotel is really lovely , ideal 5 mins walk to access the beach , lovely walk along the coast line close by at the beach and we enjoyed our stay however rooms could do with an uplift. The hotel advertises happy hour from 6pm to 7pm each evening but only covers cheap wine and local beer.we didnt stay much around the hotel for the entertainment and some of it was good , watch out as they put the prices up during or after night time entertainment ,7.20 to €9.20 for 2 house white wines. I felt during happy hour that the waiters expect tips as they insist on paying cash instantly(if you dont have room accounts) and wont leave the plate with the change on the table , they ask that you remove your change and return the plate, that didnt worry me but would put some other people under pressure to tip. We booked half board and found the food at breakfast and dinner wonderful , great choice of food , lots of fish freshly grilled, very hot at all times , the staff in the restaurant are really lovely and helpful. The hotel charges €4/day for a fridge , fresh orange juice in the mornings (which i would not buy )and coffee at dinner in the evenings(ditto) , I think this is very mean and generally what we are use to in other European hotels.A bottle of BACH WHITE IS €14.20 with dinner (which we did have because 2 bottles of water is almost €5) We would consider going back

Delicious food and entertainment excellent, the buildings awesome but let down by lack of reception staff leaving queues also our room was dark and pokey and noisy.Sunbeds are plentiful and lots to do with the animation team in the day.
