We had a deluxe suite. It was amazing. I loved it. Noce living room. Nice bedroom with great lighting. Bathroom was nice. Which came with all hygiene products and bathrobes and good amount of towels washes and soups. I would highly recommend. And in the middle of the night you can get red bull from front desk amazing very accommodating!

I love the upscale ambiance, but reasonable pricing of Hotel Arista. One of the friendliest staff's you'll ever meet. All the rooms are well appointed and comfy. If that's not enough to convince you to stay at the Arista, I 've got six words for you "TV embedded in the bathroom mirror". Enjoy your stay :)

I've been here for both overnight stays and professional events. I have to say this hotel is impeccable everything I visited. Their rooms are spacious modern and clean. The complementary shampoo and bodywash/lotions actually smell very pleasant and are very good (something you can't say for some other high star hotels). For professional events, their accommodations are also top notch including the rooms, food and service. Thus is definitely the best hotel in the area.

Very nice hotel. Didn't take advantage of many of the services, but the building is very nice. We went for a wedding, so we didn't have much choice, but it is very expensive relative to other hotels

Very finely appointed. Courteous staff. Parking could have been better, but it's a crowded areas so what can you really ask for?

The hotel was clean and that's about all I can say. My stay was during the napervile wine fest on Friday August 12, 2016. The Arista was unable to compensate me for the hotel/ticket deal I bought from them. after the event was shutdown they said they would do something for me. I should of known that was a lie. There was also a webbing going on at the same Tim and they were playing very loud music which many of the people staying that night complained about. Do not stay here if you have an event going on.

Room was ok, not as nice as I was expecting for a 4 star hotel though. I have stayed at nicer and cleaner 3 star hotels for sure. Staff was nice, no free breakfast and decent parking. I found that the carpet was dirty and the ottoman was stained up enough that I wasn't interested in sitting on it. On the first morning there, the shower took a good 3 minutes to actually start spraying warm water. It was long enough that I almost called to the front desk to see if they were having a problemat the time. The second morning, there was no cold water! I turned the shower on several minutes ahead of time and when I was ready to get in, I tried to turn the temperature down and nothing happened. I then decided that I didn't have time to mess with the shower anymore and I was going to use the soaker tub. But, I turned on the cold water to the tub and only hot water came out. Same story at the sink. After all of the other issues I had here, I would not recommend this place. I was truly disappointed in the room, especially considering the price paid and that the hotel carries a 4 star rating. Apparently the rating system doesn't mean much.

I contacted the hotel several times before our stay to request a crib in our room and one of the amenities on their website was to have a Wii set up in your room. This would be perfect as we were using the room to get ready for a wedding and my 1 yer old could sleep in the crib and my older sons could play the Wii. Upon arrival the hotel was very nice and I double checked that the crib and Wii were to be it the room and I was told they "should" be there. When I entered the room it was nice and clean but there was no crib or Wii. I immediately called down to guest services and they said they would send them up right away. An hour passed and still nothing, I called again and still nothing. We had checked in at noon and left at 4 for the wedding and in that time neither amenity was brought to our room. I stopped at the desk on the way out because we needed a crib when we returned and if it wasn't there there was no point in us staying. When we returned at midnight the crib and Wii were in the room, we went to sleep and the next morning my sons awoke excited to play the Wii. Unfortunately the hotel has set it so the guest can not change the tv input so there is no way to get the Wii to appear on the screen. I called guest services at 7 am to see if there was a simple solution and they sent up their tech person. At 7 am we had to dress everyone and wait while he tried for over an hour and a half to display the problem. By this time we went to breakfast just to get the kids out of the room. When we returned he was still working on the problem and told us he could replace the tv with the one next door, at this point I told him we were checking out. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing stay and instead we had none of the amenities promised and we had a worker in our room all morning. I was shocked that the amenities that the hotel advertised and confirmed were not only not in our room when requested npbut that there was no way to get the Wii to work. The front desk had very little simpathy for us when I tried to explain the situation and I emailed the hotel and tole them about the situation via their survey but a week later they still have not contacted me. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and their lack of communication shows how little they value their customers.
