Hotel 43 is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown boise. It is exquisitely furnished and the staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed there 2x a year for the last 8 years and every stay has been perfect. One of the best restaurants in Boise is connected to the hotel- Chandler's Steakhouse. Chandler's is home of the "Ten Minute Martini", which is a must have for anyone who enjoys a good cocktail from time to time.

Nice sized rooms with very comfortable beds, and nice amenities, it conveniently located as well. What really sets Hotel 43 apart however is the staff - Efficient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Boise.

This hotel was fantastic. Friendly, accommodating staff that continually asked me if there was anything I needed. The beds were so comfortable that I looked it up when I got back! Overall a great hotel experience and I would not hesitate to book it again.

I was traveling to Boise over the weekend and stayed at this hotel for the night. The room was comfortable and well furnished, the service was good, however, watch out for these: 1. No HBO 2. The power outlets are far away from the bed, so you cant have your laptop on the bed/ work in bed 3. They keep water bottles in your room and charge you if you use them 4. You can hear your neighbors...

This is a very nice and accommodating hotel! I like the fact that it is so centrally located to a lot of local bars and restaurants. Everything is conveniently within walking distance. It is a relatively upscale hotel. The rooms were pretty nice. We came here as a group and ate at the steakhouse. The food was good. The highlight of the trip was when I accidentally left my laptop at a table outside the hotel. I realized a bit later it was missing, remembered where I left it, and discovered it was gone! However, I asked the staff if they had it, and luckily for me, someone turned it in! I'm very grateful for the honesty somebody had to return it.

The rooms are nicely furnished, but the walls are paper thin. I can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and those above me: guitar player, that was actually a nice feature, but the toilets flushing, hurried stomping and alarm clock at 4am was NOT SO NICE! And housekeeping watches tv during their housekeeping visit. And if you call for room service or guest service tips for Wifi, don't expect anyone to pick up the phone. I called many times to no avail...customer service is weak at best. It's a great location with a yummy restaurant next door...a cool shell of a hotel, but it lacks service and substance. I would not stay here again.

Perfectly fine hotel if you want a very average hotel experience. Hotel 43 is not a boutique hotel like it was advertised, it looks and feels like a remodel Motel 6. The rooms were very dark, medium cleanliness, and had no views. The staff was extremely nice though and made up for the lack of amenities and ambiance. I would not stay at this hotel again.
