Charles M. (Chuck) made two service calls to my home. Saturday to take care of a blocked condensation tube. He installed an EZ Trap to make sure the problem would never occur again. I had the good fortune to have him return on Monday for a different problem, low refrigerant. In both instances he was efficient, friendly and honest. Took care of my problems and it is cool again. I will request Chuck for all future service calls.

Call someone else. Horizon is difficult to work with. They gave me the run around. I had an HVAC system with a clogged condensation drain pipe (they had installed it incorrectly such that debris would build up) and it was leaking on the floor. It took over 24 hours of repeated calls to them and meanwhile I had water damage, mold and mildew and spent hours mopping up water. Horizon was not helpful or responsive.

We needed our A/C serviced immediately on a HOT 90* Saturday morning, so we called Horizon & they had a Tech out to us by early afternoon.(it would have been sooner, but i missed a call from them.) Jose S., was our Svc. Tech & he was very nice & very professional & very thorough...he explained everything to me & was patient with me as i relayed the info to my husband @ work...as he serviced our unit, he saw that the capacitator needed replacing & he was able to do so right then & there because he had the parts on his truck...that was so Awesome!!!!!!! We truly appreciated his Great service...thank you Horizon...Jose S. represents your company well :)

I was shopg around for a new company to manage my HVAC Systems bc I was unhappy w the previous company I had employed. I've seen their trucks in my circle countless times, so I decided I would give Horizon a try. I was so pleased w the service I rec'd from Techician Sean Fox that I decided to purchase their gold service plan. Sean not only displayed a high level of expertise, but he was also very respectful, pleasant, and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and also answered all of my questions wout making me feel awkward bc I obviously have no experience in anything related to HVAC. Because of him I am now a new customer to Horizon. Thanks again, Sean!

Technician Kevin E. resolved my issue of having no hot water. He was prompt and courteous, and as he entered my home, asked me 2 or 3 questions, and essentially understood the problem and possible solutions before even looking at the hot water heater to confirm the conclusions. Such expertise is very impressive! After a thorough inspection, he laid out several options for resolution. After selecting one, he had the issue resolved in less than 15 minutes, and provided excellent and useful information about the water heater and how it relates to the complete package of Horizon services. He knew his stuff, and how to express himself clearly. I should also mention the top-notch telephone support provided by Lia, who took the initial call and routed it to Laura in dispatch. and finally a person whose name I did not catch who called to confirm that Kevin would arrive in a few minutes. Roughly 3 hours from initial call to complete fix, competence all along the line, and in Kevin an exceptional technician, the best experience I've had with any service provider in a very long time.

Kevin E. was sent by Horizon Services to get my kitchen sink working after the granite installers left me without a working sink late Friday afternoon. Kevin came out on Saturday when NO ONE else responded to my calls or pleas for help. I just moved to DE and the granite installers never mentioned that I needed a plumber to get the sink hooked up again after granite installation. Kevin was efficient, courteous and professional. He was sympathetic to my situation and got my kitchen sink functional. If this was a review for Horizon Services, they'd get 5 stars for responding on the weekend and sending professional help; 2 stars for a nearly unusable communications system that almost cost me the technician coming out at all because I couldn't get back in touch with the person who left a message; and 1 star for the OUTRAGEOUS costs of their services. $683 to hook up a new sink and install the faucet and garbage disposal that I bought at Home Depot is close to highway robbery.

Kenneth came in the house and was fine with my barking dog who is annoying. Kenneth was very personable and went right to work. He found the problem in my drain right away and told me what the problem was. He discovered the leak and found the problem was in the trap and the trap needs to be replaced. I was very happy with Horizon services. This is Cathy LeJeune (my Google will show my sister Joanna Pierce.)

I called Horizon Services at 1:30 pm on wednesday. I was quoted a price for drain clean-out which was $150.00 more than I paid 2 years ago. The customer service representative did give me a discounted price and scheduled a technician to come out that day between 2pm and 6pm. Horizon called back at 2:20 to say that a technician would be here within 30 minutes. Kenneth arrived within 20 minutes. He was very professional and serviced my drain within 30 minutes. He explained that he removed roots from the line and it was cleared. My price was honored and I have a 30 day warranty. Kenneth was very personable and we had a nice chat. I would recommend him to friends and neighbors in the future.
