Home Office Careers is currently seeking a customer experience specialist. We are seeking a candidate with at least 1 year of customer support experience and knowledge of social media platforms.

Duties:
The candidate will be responding to inquiries from customers providing them with superior online customer service. The candidate will also utilize this as a way to drive sales. Other duties will include social media monitoring, website quality assurance, and project support.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of social media platforms such as FaceBook, Youtube, etc.
1 year of customer support experience, online support preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
