Dining Chandelier Height

The light fixture should be hung 30-34 inches above the dining table. This same rule holds true for lighting over islands and kitchen tables. For ceilings higher than 8 feet, add about three inches to the hanging height per foot.

Greenery

Adding some greenery to a room bring in some nature and aliveness. It doesn't have to grandiose, just something simple.

Boho Chic

The boho look is a throw back to the hippie days:) It is a sort of sloppy, loose look with tons of colour and pattern. Moroccan elements and loads of plants take centre stage. So very relaxing and inviting!

Nautical Decor

What makes this room so cottagey is the use of a slip covered , casual sectional, the contrast of white and navy blue and the natural sisal fibers. So very relaxing!

Outdoor Lighting

I love outdoor lighting. It can be as simple as string a set of lights.

Large Art

I like using large pieces of art in designing a space. The bigger pieces are more impactful. It makes it look like an art gallery!
