We go to this casino more than any other one in town, but only because my wife likes this one. She has had, in her opinion, the best luck here. There really is nothing wrong with this one, I just like some of the other, newer casinos better.

very nice rooms, very clean and roomy, bed wasn't very comfortable though. loved the shuttle to the casino even though the casino was pretty smaller than what we are used to. Hope the smoking sections get done soon otherwise we will continue to go to the casinos in Indiana.

Eat up buffet is good. Check hours before you go.; unlike most casinos their buffet doesn't stay open the majority of the time. Also not a lot of variety during lunch. Slot play win/loss ratio is a little stingy, but it is a casino.

FRUSTRATED!! So yeah, we booked a King smoking room...full price. Spent time on casino floor and then went to buffet to eat....YUCK. Food was either under heat lamp too long or cold. My soup was so cold it was like it hadn't been heated at all. Waitresses were non existent, after asking multiple people for steak sauce and drink refills, a host (very nice young man) finally got us everything. Back to Casino floor.....Blackjack $5 min. ALWAYS look for Alecia (the star is for her). Finally at about midnight we went up. The 8th floor smelled like skunk (maybe weed???). I really don't expect smoking rooms to be the best rooms, but this one is HORRID. Air is set at 60 degrees and I'm sweating. Shower rod and metal shelf in shower are falling out of the wall. The tub is cracked on the side, and the water pressure is barely over a drizzle. Fridge is stocked with 4 sodas and 2 waters, but if you drink more than 2 in any combination you pay $2 a piece. My husband is on his way down the the front desk, because after trying to call down numerous times nobody is answering. I would only come back for the blackjack. I think we'll find another Casino/Hotel to frequent. Basically NOT a place to stay and play.

Finally found a place where I can enjoy gambling. Actually able to play and enjoy ourselves. The machine actually pay up. Not looking to be rich by gambling just want to have fun and this place offered it. Would definitely come back again in the future.

extra star for location. very remote, keeps it safer and this allows for a better over all experience. good food. great comps. just a few minutes from lake and airport. close to both saint Louis n saint Charles. go here avoid downtown or saint Charles unless you're looking to get wild/mugged downtown or harassed/arrested to the west

Not very happy. On my first visit I applied for a marquee card the lady who issued it to me did not warn me that if it touched my phone that it would be magnetized so the whole time I was there the machines would not register it instead reinsert card by the time I realized in my car just was actually not working I was out of money and upset because it was supposed to be a promotional day to earn extra points. Finally an attendant was nice enough to help me with my card and told me that it was a done basically when I went back up to the Marquee counter to ask the lady about it she basically just told me I'm out of luck. I didn't expect to receive any free money or free stuff but I do think that they could have not only been more courteous but at least added some promotional points to my card in hopes that I would visit them again or at the very least a polite apology
